It's a little bit expensive considering this is an hostel, but I say overall good.

It's a good place for rest and have breakfasts for some days. The breakfast is very good and pleasant, with many choices. Good position because Volkstheater station for Underground is very near (ten minutes walking).

Their breakfast is perfect for vegan travellers, clearly labelled vegan options such as chia pudding, vegan butter, bread, jam, fresh fruits, coffee, plant based milk, orange juice, seeds and nuts.

For me personally the bunk beds were too high and it was difficult to go up and down the ladder. But the mattress was comfortable so it was alright.

I liked the location. I could walk to the center easily. The room was big so there was space for everything. The breakfast was really good and diverse, anyone could find something they like.

Very attentive staff, they helped me when my padlock broke and I needed to break it. It's well located near a bus station, making it easy to get everywhere.

When I wanted to use a hairdryer, I had to go to the reception to borrow one. But it was fine. The location is not perfect but good. I had to walk with my heavy bag a little. One day there was a local market in the street near this hostel and I spent a bit of time there, which was really interesting and enjoyable.

I arrived late at night, but stuff was kind and there were a few people who also checked in late. So I had nothing to worry about it. Also, the facilities were good. All of my roommates were kind.

My only complaint was that there weren't enough hangers and power outlets in the room.

Great location, it's easy to explore the city. Friendly staff, they were full of energy and willing to help. The room was cleaned daily. There was a shower room in the dorm.

Bit of a walk from train stations but great for getting a bus to Wien Hauptbahnhof.

I loved eating breakfast outside in the peaceful green courtyard with creeper climbing up the walls. The hostel is in a quiet street and convenient for sightseeing the Museumsquartier.

The ladder to the top bunk wasn't convenient, I'm not athletic so I was fearing for my life going down. Only had a USB A socket on the bed, so I was forced to leave my phone on the table for the night. Shower was in the room, but the toilets were in the hall, which is actually quite bizarre. The shower cabin is cramped with no shelf to put toiletries on. Either way a great place to stay for a couple days on a budget (especially if you got a lower bunk ;)

The USB ports near the beds didn't work, so you couldn't charge your phone overnight.

There's a blue eyed man (looks Hungarian) that is not so nice. He needs customer service training to become more gentle when dealing with guests. Also, I was there in June and there's no air condition in the rooms. I had to rent a 2 euro electric fan provided by the hostel.

I loved the price for the value, the excellent free breakfast and affordable meals. The hostel's location is excellent, with available transportation nearby. Close to restaurants and shops.
