TV was very small and hard to see properly from the bed. Lighting was quite dingy particularly in the bathroom. Our room was over the kitchen and it was a bit noisy due to ventilation system running all night.

Beautifully restored period hotel with lovely amenities. Very comfy room. We had a fabulous meal at Bistro Sociale as well.

The bed wasn’t great. Was unstable to the point where if my partner moved in bed the whole bed would shake causing me to wake up.

The hotel has beautiful decor - modern elegance. Very comfortable bed and bedding. We had a family dinner at the restaurant which was excellent, really enjoyable, great menu with plenty of options and a very suitable wine & cocktail list. Friendly and attentive staff.

Great old style hotel. So many rooms to explore and relax in . The staff so accommodating especially the whisky room. The restaurant has incredible food and the waitress was just the best person.

We stayed in room three, which is at the top of the stairs near the front desk and due to the old building. It was a little noisy with guests, passing by the creaky floors. Also, the doors are incredibly thin so every noise is loud. The neighs, unfortunately kept slamming their door every time they left, which would jolt us awake. I recommend requesting a ground floor room to avoid this as much as possible. The room was beautiful however there was only enough room for one suitcase and no under bed area to put another. It was an incredibly tight space with only about 2 foot walkway around the bed. The bathroom had a sliding door with no seal or actual closed ability. There’s always half an inch around the door open - so make sure you’re comfortable using the bathroom in a closed quarter with the bed area. The restaurant where we ate breakfast was incredibly cold in the mornings, but the staff were great at attending the fires, and trying to warm it up although being such a large space in the winter, it was challenging.

Gorgeous hotel with an Incredible setting and views to surround. The gardens are beautifully maintained even in winter. Beautiful furnishings around the hotel we loved the gin bar and whiskey bar, and how they had been finished decoratively. Great breakfast options- pretty much anything you can think of was available and everything was kept well stocked throughout the morning. It was pricey, but worth it. Friendly staff- all very attentive and welcoming, and also keen to solve any challenges we had. For example, the hairdryer we had was broken and they managed to source us a new one and deliver it to the room in less than 15 minutes. Excellent location for attending a wedding at the BENDOOLEY estate up the road.

Our room was comfortable enough but tiny. Apparently we got an upgrade to a king so I should be grateful. We could really find space for our luggage.

Everything was perfect.

The room was immaculate, the staff from front desk to restaurant were outstanding, and the hotel amenties were excellent. We stayed here 21 years ago and by chance, ended up in the same room! Last time it snowed, but this time only rain. But that didn't dampen our enthusiasm during the stay. It certainly won't be another 21 years until the next visit! We're planning another weekend this year. It's just THE best high-end venue in Bowral. The buildings charm and hidden nooks are simply charming.

This was our second stay at Berida Hotel- a place where we love to stay for a special treat. It has a luxurious ambience and lovely decor. We enjoyed sitting by the open fire sipping our pre dinner drinks. Our bedroom and bathroom were small but comfortable and practical. The staff are all professional and helpful.

We recently stayed for one night at the Berida Hotel and absolutely loved our experience. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were marvellous welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. The hotel’s amenities were excellent, offering everything we needed for a relaxing break. The on-site restaurant was a real highlight, with delicious food and great service. Highly recommend the Berida Hotel for anyone visiting.

Heater in the room was difficult to lower in temperature so it was difficult to sleep

Great location wth a well priced EV charger for my Tesla . The facilities have been updated and the room very comfortable. The heater was difficult to adjust so the room at night was very warm .The restaurant and bar was very good and staff attentive. Overall I would stay again .

Berida hotel never disappoints, it it by far the best place to stay in the southern highlands. Love the atmosphere, the decor and the service. The rooms are very well setup with beautiful interiors and the beds are super comfy. We went there again to celebrate my wife's 40th and it was the best choice!
