It was a very wet day, and we could hear the water dripping down the balcony.

Great location, parking was available for a price, most importantly, the KS bed and pillows were fabulous….

Heated Indoor pool as it’s in the fitness suite is not available for U18s so becomes pointless for families. Uber drivers struggled to find the main entrance. access to the adjoining seafront Coco Beach restaurant goes through the pokie machines so families have to walk outside

Nice hotel beautiful pool area and restaurant good location huge rooms on a wet week we uld have made more of outside space if weather hadn’t been so bad. Enjoyed the outdoor spa even if pool was like an ice bath

We did not receive fresh towels when our room was serviced. We were not told about the credit card surcharge for American Express on check in or check out.

The hotel was excellent. The room was a great size with fabulous amenities. All staff were excellent with the exception of a rather grumpy bartender in the Sands Bar on Monday evening.

Beautiful reception LOCATION: Perfectly located next to white sandy beach, bars & restaurants. Close to the airport, great views across Botany Bay & airport runways. View of Sydney skyline. ROOMS: Ours had a balcony with views over bay, hotel pools & gardens. Large room with comfy bed, en-suite shower room, desk & sofa. Fluffy towels & pleasant toiletries. Tea & coffee, plus milk in fridge. Immaculately presented hotel & rooms. STAFF: Reception staff were friendly, welcoming & helpful. BREAKFAST: Good range of cooked foods, including ‘egg station’ , plus breads, yoghurts, fruit & pastries

All but one lifts were out of order during our stay, meaning we had to use stairs a lot or wait inordinate amounts of time for the single lift - I think the property could have at least discounted our room charge or the not inconsiderable parking charge to compensate for the inconvenience. There was also ongoing construction work -including late at night - as the arcade under the hotel is being renovated.

The automatic air freshener in the hallway outside our room was overpowering and triggered an asthma like cough. Far too perfumed and not pleasant.

The room and the view were lovely. The breakfast was expansive and more than we expected. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again.

The renovations are exceptional. Feels very much like a resort . I was there 3-4 yrs ago with my Mum when the renovations had just commenced. It was the last short trip for her unfortunately as she is now permanently in a home. So happy that she enjoyed our stay there and we had water views then as well. Congratulations on a job well done.
