The room seemed a little old and run down and the spa was a little dirty but overall can't complain!

Had a beach side room with an amazing view. Location was perfect for walking through Surfers Paradise. Staff were very friendly, Overall an amazing value for money!

Stayed Friday night. Beach side room 2nd floor on main beach road is a little noisy with people driving around but is to be expected with the top location. We were staying there to be right in the action.

Chose a beach side room. Awesome view of the beach. Good location for walking around surfers central. Could hear the waves crashing from our room - awesome. Good games room set up. Didn't use the spa pools but saw people in them.

Bed was broken on 1 side so poor husband had a terrible 3 nights, only shampoo provided no conditioner (which is fine I went for a walk to the nearby coles to collect some), someone near us was chain smoking and we have a 9wk old baby so it the cigarette smell was constantly in the hallway which wasn't pleasant to walk through. Rooms also need a bit better lighting as its more mood lighting however ACTUAL lighting would've been better. There was also no plug for the kitchen sink and no detergent provided to clean the mugs, spoons and glasses provided.

The views were incredible, coffee, tea, sugar, kettle, microwave, mugs, wine glasses & tea spoons provided. The room was clean and tidy. Free onsite parking was a life saver. Overall would stay again as the price is worth it.

The only thing was that the room could do with a refurbished.

The location was excellent, close to the center of Surfers. Room was clean and comfortable but could do with a refurbish. The room had fantastic views of the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

View was great. Location is excellent.For anyone who doesn't want to travel too far. There is a pub below that serves good food. There are bottle stores, excellent restaurants, convenience stores and other shops within walking distance.

Provisions were minimal for our 4 day stay. There is no cutlery at all or plates provided. Just glasses, coffee mugs and a couple of teaspoons. So even though there is a microwave - best pack some utensils in your suitcase. But it is a budget price for a great spot.

For a budget stay on the beachfront at Surfers it met our needs. Fantastic views from our corner positioned apartment. Bed was comfy enough and the place was clean. We didnt need all the trimmings as out all day and returning late evening. So a perfect spot for a crash pad and the bonus was being able to open your windows in the morning and watch the sun rise and whales passing below amongst the many surfers. Made use of the sauna and steam room.

There was dust in the wardrobe near head of the bed when you opened the cupboard so i was a little bit annoyed about that, also the games room that's attached to your hotel, needs to be serviced, games don't work or they steal ur tokens, no point having a games room if people can't use the games and you pay to change money into token and then you can't get your money back if the games don't work. Otherwise overall the stay was great, we had a lovely time and would be back 😀
