Property was a bit dated, but that is to be expected on older buildings. Some window and sliding door locks are broken but these are in areas were it would be near impossible for an unwanted guest to access

Property is old and needs renovations. Nothing worked in the games room. Run-down look almost everywhere. There were bitint insects in the room or bed.

There was no terrace. The bedhead had massive sweat marks in the fabric. There was black mould in the wardrobe and on the ceiling above the bed. The carpet was badly stained. The bench where the microwave sat was really grimy. We won't stay there again.

There was drainage issue in the bathroom area that took 2 days to get it fixed. The plastic curtains in the bathroom is too thin hence making me feel a bit uncomfortable using the bathroom and toilet in the evening when I had to turn the lights on.

Nobody told us about the deposit of 200 AUD. I stayed there one month ago and still didn't get back the money. Our apartment was very old and would need some renovations, especially the windows and the kitchen. The receptionist could have been nicer to us

Only 1 thing really the hot tubs in the pool area for the amount of people using them the water was not removed and refilled, it was getting a little slippery and green and the bottom of the hot tub

Furniture and carpeted floor were rather old and worn. Bathroom was small. Parking space in the undercover carpark was tight and had limited places, but there was a second carpark on the first floor level.

Location is excellent, next to restaurants, shops, the night market and the beach. Beautiful view of the skyline and the beach from the upper levels. The appartment was spacious with a kitchen including a large table. Everything was as clean as the rather old floor and furniture could be (there were stains on the carpeted floor that just couldn't be removed). Free undercover carpark. Good for visits to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary (30 mins drive) and many theme parks

Unit is very tired.Nerds new carpet and redone kitchen and bathroom.The bed is past it's use by date .Cleaners didn't do under cushions and the TV is old and the sofa unfortunately I wouldn't give to my dogs ..In saying this we both still enjoyed our stay Thankyou

Great value and veiw

It is an older place. Many units are managed inconsistently, so for the same price you can get a somewhat renovated unit or something that hasn't been updated for decade/s. Most likely it is going to be working but oldish place.

The location is excellent, close to everything. The pool is wonderful and it is run to cater for families. It is overall a nice place to stay for several nights. Many rooms have direct view of ocean which is lovely.

The bed had no room to walk around it and the carpet was worn at the edges and we kept stepping on the sharp carpet nails.

The view and facilities were great and it was good value for money. The light didn’t work above the sofa making it hard to read. An employee came very quickly to change the bulb but there was a fault in the fixture. As this was Easter and tradespeople were hard to get, they provided a lamp.

There is no fly screens on the glass sliding door or the windows so the choice was either to close the sliding door and windows and keep the bugs out at night or to sleep with them open, try to ignore the bugs and get to enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The backs of the curtains were mouldy and the room smelt musty even with the doors and windows open.

The ocean view was wonderful and hearing the ocean the moment I entered the room was great!

I liked the “value for money” and fresh towels EACH day would not have made my stay any better. I can recommend the vietnamese Soup at MingMing and the breakfast café in front of the Beach Resort.

Nice view at Beach and sea although the saltwater clouded the windows. Nice with a fridge, hair dryer, iron and water cooker. Would have appreciated 2 forks and 2 knives too, but the coffee spoons where fine to have. Many nice eating and shopping options within 5 minutes walking distance. Perfect for our purpose.

The actual room itself is very average. We walked in and spotted chips on the ground and the shower and room itself is dated and not the best overall. For the purposes of just sleeping though, it is good! The staff were also not so friendly. When we checked in, we found the receptionist to be quite blunt and rude. When we checked out the member seemed to be a bit more polite, but the staff overall were not how we have experienced it in the past with our travels.

The property had a stunning view of the beach and location was perfect! We could keep the window opened at night and enjoy the calming sounds of the ocean.

Stunk of bleach - so bad for our health Staff Had to pay a $200 bond wish I apparently will not get back for weeks - they could have processed a refund Banking isn’t that bad

The sofa was broken and unable to be sat in or layed upon, so wasn't able to relax and watch TV. Netflix wouldn't connect and the staffs explanation didn't make sense. The 🔥 tub was freezing.

I loved the position and the view. I liked it was close to coffee shops.
