The beds were hard as rock and I couldn't sleep. There was a little bit of traffic noise especially from the trains but it wasn't too bad overall. The toilet could have had a bit more room especially for larger people.

Location was fantastic and was easy to walk to and from. The staff were so nice. The price of teh room was fantastic and would look at staying when we come back to Melbourne.

The shower floor looked dirty but it was just wearing away. The coffee pods didn’t get refilled for the stay so was only able to have 2 cups of coffee then had to go buy my own from the supermarket. Room service selection was lacking severely.

Location was decent, close and easy to get to Southern Cross Station as well as the trams on Collins St. Not much around the hotel itself and the area was secluded and felt sketchy at night but was alright. Would definitely stay again!

Pillows were not comfortable and the hotel lobby was in a laneway that required steps or lift to get to.

No windows you can open. Only air conditioning. No hot water 2nd night.

The shower grout needs to be cleaned and the fan in the bathroom is full of dust. I’m a professional cleaner and there is no way I would leave a Airbnb/hotel with a bathroom like that.

That it was in a great location, right near marvel stadium. Staff were friendly.

Great location getting to/from city, stations, airport shuttle etc. Room always clean (I've stayed here multiple times) and easy checkin process.

I had a wonderful stay. The breakfast provided was not only delicious but also a great value compared to dining out. Moreover, the staff members were incredibly kind and patient during the check-in process, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, a fantastic experience—I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

I had to ring reception to ask how to use the heating. The system was old and did not heat the room adequately. There were no instructions for the heating system, and the numbers on the dial had worn off. Housekeeping brought a blanket for me as there were no extra blankets in the room cupboard.

The room was quiet and reasonably comfortable. Convenient location - near Southern Cross Station.

Just that 3.00pm seems a little late to check in, but on this occassion it suited us as we didn't get there until 4.00pm

Having stayed here before this Hotel meets our requirements for a pleasant stay on the outskirts of Melbourne CBD. As we drove, there is parking available behind the Hotel for $25 a day and you can come and go at will. Upgraded the room and we had breakfast both days

The bed - mattress was very springy and had an ill fitting base where the mattress hung over the end by about 30-40cms.

. Almost everything was very good except the smorgasbord was disappointing. Food was semi warm, cereal wasn't very nice - yogurt premixed with chia? And grains didn't like at all
