Location of the property is really good. Walking distance 10 to 15 mins to major attractions. The property is on the quiet street and close to cafes and restaurant!

It is not the buildings' fault, but it was very noisy because of a building site near the place. In the bathroom, the shower needs a proper seal at the bottom as the water tends to flow out there. I would also suggest cleaning the drain from the basin. It seems to be a little clogged.

Decor is a bit dated and there are a lot of squeaky floorboards in apartment and passageways to lifts.

Booked a room for 3 adults and was upgraded to 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom large apartment with long private balcony on 4th floor facing the city and harbour bridge. Quiet location with free on street parking and choice of cafes nearby for breakfast.

Four beds in the one room. For the apartment size there could have been a bit more privacy, even if it was just a partitioned of area for the main bed. But it was fine for one night.

The neighbours were a bit noisy in the early hours of the morning, hanging outside the hotel.

The location was superb for proximity to Wooloomooloo, Potts Point, lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The room was very spacious, well equipped and clean. Continental breakfast and onsite parking made our stay even better.

I do wish we could have stayed longer, but we had to fly out of the country so it was a one night visit. We have stayed previously and will continue to return as it is great value for money. There is nothing I don’t like it about this place, it is great.

Great location, nice and quiet area with amenities nearby. Parking was easy and on the premises which was great. Nice big room with plenty of space for everyone and nice clean bathrooms. I would recommend this property to others.

The bathrooms all have a small step up into them and my aged mum tripped on it during the night and fell over, so worth being aware of this. Also, she had a studio apartment, and it had a shower over bath, so she had to use our one-bedroom apartment to shower as she has limited mobility. Otherwise, we were really pleased with everything else.

I booked four apartments for our travelling group of friends and family and it turned out to be a great place for us to all stay together. The apartments were clean and well-stocked with washing powder, detergent, shampoo, tea/coffee, pots and pans etc and the beds were comfortable. Two of the apartments turned out to have balconies, which made them a bit nicer, with a more pleasant aspect, but really all the apartments met our needs and were comfortable, convenient and had good air-conditioning. This is definitely a great location! Walking distance to Mrs Macquarie's Chair, to the shops at Pott Point and across the Botanical Gardens to the Opera House. Appreciated having Reception available during business hours to help with taxis, enquiries etc. Would stay here again in future.

Wooloomooloo despite a convenient location, has no public transport to it. Walk, drive or Uber OK ... but if you are tired after a long day .. there is no public transport nearby. A great building and management but... come on owners fork out a bit and update refresh it up a bit. There is only so far maintenance can go.

Large, comfortable family-sized room with friendly, helpful and professional staff. Right near a Coles express for snacks. On a good day a lovely walk straight into all the major tourist spots.

A bit noisy during the night, had some strange sounds coming from either the fridge or the pipes in the walls during the night. Soundproofing between rooms and outside not great as I could hear the people next door moving around the room in the early morning and there was a lot of street noise, even though I was on the 4th floor.

Great location, very convenient to the city centre. Room was large and self contained, so could cook meals if wanted. Bed was comfortable. Good range of restaurants and cafes close to the hotel. Very secure, need a key card to get into the building & up to the rooms via the lift.

If we had to say something, our room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, but they missed it which meant we went 4 days without and could have done with the fresh towels.

The employees are really kind and helpful. The rooms were very big and spacious.

The size of the apartment was impressive as was the security to enter and exit the property. The facilities were very good as well.
