There are no plugs near the beds to charge the phone. There are no stools to put our luggage on. So I left it on the floor.

The location. One of the best in Bruges. The kind staff. It was clean. It has windows that open.

Beautiful hotel, with a very confortable lounge and patio. Breakfast was very good, with a fair amount of options. Room was very confortable, with two small maple couches, and very nice bathroom. Location was perfect, in a quiet street close to the amazing Grote Markt and Burg.

Car access to the hotel was tricky. We weren't supposed to drive on the busy streets to get to the hotel on the weekend so had to request permission afterwards, and the parking was tricky to locate as the gate with the sign on it was open so we couldn't see the sign. All manageable but pre-planning with this knowledge would make it easier for those driving to the hotel.

The location was ideal, right in the middle of Bruges centre and that made it easy to go out for a while, slip back to the room to drop off things, have a quick refresh, do a change. The hotel is lovely, it's easy to feel "at home" and the staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and simply nice. Breakfast was delicious with many options and the staff was welcoming and helpful.

The shower would need some maintenance and there are few electic outlets in the room (to charge mobile should unplug a table light)

The room did not come with Breakfast, and it was less expensive to eat a very nice breakfast outside of the hotel.

One of the better hotel rooms in which we've stayed in the last few years of vacationing in the US and Europe. It was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. It also has gated parking for guests who book it in advance, but you must ensure to book it, as there are limited number of spaces available. Stepping out of the hotel, you are right in the centre of the Old City, restaurants and walking distance from all other attractions the city has to offer.

The only bad thing was that the window in the room couldn't be kept open - there was a restaurant on the street below the window with its food smells and the buzz of people...

Despite the location practically next to the old town, the street was quiet and peaceful.

Very nice hotel in the center of Bruges

The room cleaning was variable. Some staff were not very friendly. The towels were quite thin and not up to standard for a four star hotel. The shower base was quite slippery and a non slip mat would be an advantage.

The room and breakfast area were excellent and the location was outstanding. Breakfast staff were excellent and very attentive.

The hotel has a gorgeous smell permeating the reception area. Staff are very friendly. The hotel and bedroom was very stylish. Fantastic location for exploring. Breakfast absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend.

Great location 5 minute walk to Markt area and many cafes and shops. Clean comfortable room with balcony. Nice small bar for after dinner drinks. Nice outside area to sit.

The TV only had one channel. Not enough space to store one's things easily but we were prepared for that so not too much of an issue.

It's in a great location, two minutes walk from the market place. Despite mention of mosquitos in other reviews we were not bothered by them at all. Very clean with a walk in shower. We had access to a shared terrace from our first floor room which was handy. The breakfast room is pleasant, no queuing for things or anything like that and most items were replenished regularly.
