You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaI had to get the keys in a place a few streets away. It was not convenient. There is also a gutter in front of the door and the keys fell through so I had to go again to the lobby a few streets away to get the key (at 1am). At leas the person at the lobby was there and did give me the key.

Belgiumcommunication about check out , on the site the check out was 11 am , at the desk they told us 12 pm and in the room theyre was a card where it was written 10 am , because of that we didn't know at what time we needed to check out and the cleaning man barged into our room at 11 am demanded us when we were going to leave

This is an aparthotel in the central part of Brussels. They do not have a reception, but the one of the Agenda hotel is used. Very kind attitude from the reception staff. The room is spacious and wide. It has all the amenities. Clean and tidy.

BelgiumMany things annoyed me during my stay: - no fast internet (couldn’t do my remote work) - the toilet wasn’t flushing well - the curtains are not long enough to cover the windows - no small light (for the evening) - cuttlery still dirty - strange building, feels like there were a lot of permanent residents, more airbnb vibe than hotel, you can’t really lock the door, just close it - check in needs to be done 400m away - noisy building & street (which to me was still okay) Don’t think I would come again for the price you pay…
