Not really their fault, but they were doing some sort of construction or maintenance in a room close to ours. They were using a heavy-duty drill. We had traveled on the sleeper train from Varna, Bulgaria, all night (8 hours), so we were exhausted. Couldn't get any rest until they stopped a couple of hours later.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Great location. Very nice neighborhood.

Very central location, in front of park, next to University. Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast. Big room and bathroom. Coffee machine in the room, as well as the kettle. Nice lobby.

Amazing service, beautiful stylish hotel close to a small park. The hotel was highly recommended to me by a regular visitor and I understand why. The hotel itself is close to the city center but not in the most crowded areas. It has everything one might need for a business or private stay. It's clean and very comfortable with beautiful restaurant terrace and good food. The best though was though the staff and I would like to thank them for their assistance.

the coffee, plenty of electric sockets but several needed replacement (you had to jiggle plugs to use them, but even that did not work on some), some small stains on carpet on entrance to room, no sockets in bathroom for personal hair dryers (there is a built in hair dryer, if you can live without your personal one).

This is one of the best boutique hotels I have stayed in. At the front office Mr Lyuben was especially helpful and made me feel home. The hotel deserves five stars ++ because everything is perfect, the cosy room, the location opposite the park, near great cafes and Metro, and the great staff

For us was perfect. Perfect location in the center in front has the park. You can sit down in the bar and enjoy the view of the park. The hotel is luxury.Rooms have a lot of space. Price it is very good.

It's my favourite hotel in Sofia, it was my fourth stay here and it has never failed to meet my expectation, but manages to exceed them. This time I had a room with a great view of the nearby park, a great bonus to the regular overall positive impressions. Everyone here is friendly and helpful, really customer-centred approach. The room was spacious and clean, very comfy beds and it's very quiet here, can't remember being disturbed with any sounds from the neighbouring rooms. Nice amenities and the snacks in the mini-bar are of good quality. Thanks for the experience!

Breakfast was good, served in the lounge. The room is large, comfy - we are regular visitors. The (Middle Eastern) concierge was kindness itself, and helped us with our parking, our luggage, and our child.

The flight corridor crosses Sofia and, as the airport is close, the planes are still quite low when they pass the city. An airplane is flying above the hotel every 10 minuets or so. I did not mind it, but for someone sensitive to sound it may be bothering. People at the reception are very nice and prompt and helpful, the ones in the restaurant may forget abut patrons sometimes.

Very well located, with restaurants and cafes around, in a nice, central area. Safe to walk to the very center of the city. The room I had was very nice, large, well lit (and with a large balcony) and well heated. Everythng one may need is handy. Breakfast was good and diverse,

My room had issue with heating from the first day and mentioned that although they did assist on time and I had to complaint again the 2n day in order to provide me a small heater. They offered me to change the room from 5th floor to 1st on 3rd stay which is not good customer experience for this nice hotel.

The hotel is located in an excellent location close to the city centre. The room was spotless, every day they clean the room and provide 2 bottles of water and coffee capsules. The room is luxurious and big with nice view to park and mountains.

Difficult access to the underground parking but one of the staff offered to help, so all went well.

High standard accommodation and very good and attentive staff. Definitely one of the best hotels in Sofia with excellent views from the balcony.
