IsraelMeals were not very good for us, there wasn’t a lot to choose from, especially in the evening meal… Most importantly also if you pay for meals, there are not free drinks and we didn’t know that so we had to pay for the water we took, and it was very expensive for a plastic bottle water. So overall it’s not worthy to eat dinner at the hotel.. there are very cheap and good restaurants it the streets.
Facilities were perfect, location is 10 minutes by walking to the ski site, although there are shuttles from the hotel every 15 minutes, rooms were good size for couples. The outdoor pool was just fantastic!!

UkraineThe room's decor and furnishings appeared dated, falling short of the standards seen in many modern 3-star hotels. Several aspects of the hotel experience were also disappointing. Room service was unavailable, requiring guests to order meals downstairs. The provided toiletries were limited, with only one shower gel offered. Additionally, umbrellas were not available for guests during heavy rain. There were several maintenance issues within the room, including curtains that detached when closed, a toilet that intermittently failed to refill, and peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling. The elevators made concerning noises. Access to breakfast required using an elevator, which was out of service one day, forcing me to carry a stroller and my daughter up the stairs without assistance from staff. The breakfast quality was mediocre, lacking memorable dishes. One guest described the eggs as a "1-star experience," which aligns with my own assessment. One of the coffee machines dispensed milk that was excessively bubbly and had an unusual taste. The spa lacked a relaxing ambiance, and I believe the addition of relaxing music would improve the atmosphere.
While the hotel doesn't quite meet the expectations of a 5-star establishment, here were some positive aspects to my stay: The room was spacious, and the daily cleaning service was consistently well-done. We particularly appreciated the availability of a hot pool in the spa, water was great for our young child. The outdoor hot pool was also a nice feature, and the staff member at the ski rental shop was pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is really nice. Zenith restaurant was great. The breakfast was also pretty good, although maybe not 5 but rather 4 stars. The SPA is very good with 2 saunas, steam room and a warm pool. Our room was spacious and well heated. There is a ski rental in the hotel for those who don’t bring their own.

IrelandNot really the property but hotel grounds and gorgeous and then you only need to walk a few minutes to see abandoned buildings and areas that look quite run down. If you steer off the main strip in bankso it’s all very similar Our view from bedroom unfortunately overlooked a car park so wasn’t particularly scenic compared to the front of the hotel but this didn’t take away from our experience too much
The hotel reception and bar area you can see has been recently refurbished as it’s very modern and beautiful. Staff were lovely - pre arranged balloon and cake for my partners birthday in the room upon arrival. We also got there very late in the night and missed dinner so they left a snack plate in the room which was considerate of them. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and clean (albeit a bit dated compared to the recent refurbishment of the downstairs). We were half board so had breakfast and dinner included. Food was decent and had a lot of choice. The spa was also great, we had a couples massage on our last day which was relaxing. Loved the outdoor thermal pool as well! Hotel definitely was more luxurious than many in the area. Ski shop is right next door so we got everything we needed from there which was handy then the shuttle bus takes you to the gondola every 15 mins until 12pm and collects from 3-5pm

Spainroom a bit basic for 5 star v difficult to access tv service - nobody seemed to know how to access tv apps shuttle from resort should run until later and not finish at 5pm (ideally 5.30pm or better with a less regular 30mn service until 11am for restaurants), plus should be clearly marked and run from same point as drop off by gondola

RomaniaInside pool can be cleaner. Outside pool did not used because you needed to exit from hotel to arrive to outside pool and it was very cold. Maybe a bridge can be built from hotel to pool to avoid exiting and walking too much in cold temperatures. Temperature in the SPA was very low - this can be improved because when you go out form inside pool you are freezing. Jacuzzi needs to be cleaner, filters definitely need to be changed - impossible to use jacuzzi due to smell.
Hotel reception services were exellent due to Mrs. Aishe! Great LADY with big heart! She advised us to take VIP cards for ski and helped us to change the room from one very hot (in Block A) to normal room (in Block B). Each morning discussed with Aishe in Bulgarian language and she was very friendly and nice. Mrs. Aishe is a great asset for this hotel! Breakfast was good - thank you to Mr. Chef Musa for the great eggs each morning. Mr. Chef Musa is a great person & professional and great asset for this hotel! Every morning discussed with him in Bulgarian language. Shuttle bus driver - with long grayish hair (Bon Jovi style :) ...sorry I don't remember his name) it is a great person with big heart (GOLIAM SIRTZE) and a great asset for this hotel! Every morning he had smile on his face and took us to ski slope and discussed with him in Bulgarian language. Hotel room is big and beds are confortable.

The breakfast was very nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day. The parking lot was safe and close. There was a shuttle to the center every 15 minutes between 8-12 in the morning, and there was also a shuttle to return to the hotel in the afternoon between 15-17. Families with children will be very pleased. Me, my wife, my daughter (12 years old), my son (1 year old) were all pleased.

CyprusThe shuttle service paused between 1 PM and 3 PM. The bins at the entrance would be better placed in a less noticeable location. The spa became quite crowded after 4 PM, with the ideal time to visit being between 2 PM and 4 PM.
The suite was spacious and comfortable, with spotless cleanliness throughout. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, and dinner offered a tasty variety of dishes. The shuttle service to the gondola was frequent and reliable. I appreciated the hotel’s charming vintage ambiance. The spa was exceptional—a perfect way to relax after a day exploring the stunning Pirin Mountains.

We stayed here for 4 nights as we were skiing in Bansko. The hotel itself is very aesthetic and has a number of good facilities like sauna, jacuzzi and two heated pools. It also has a decent but expensive restaurant. Staff were very helpful with whatever I needed - in particular Hasan and Boris had fantastic service!

United KingdomThe staff were terrible the reception staff were not very welcoming and everything was an effort and they were always on their mobile phones. The worst part was the morning breakfast where an extremely rude head lady was in charge of checking guests had the right foot wear. You can wear boots, ice skates and roller boots but if you dare to try and eat your breakfast in your Crocks you'll be sent right back to your room to change.

RomaniaI did not like the first room that I received, as it was very small for 2 adults and 2 kids, so pay attention to the type pf the room you book.
The hotel is very nice, the spa center is spacious and clean, the breakfast is tasty, and some of the staff are very helpful. We had a problem with the room, but the reception lady was very nice and solved it properly.
