We were a family of 4 over 2 rooms and room service watched as we carried a table through from one bedroom to the next and then arranged everything. Didn’t offer to hold the door open. Would have helped if they could leave the trolley with you

The hotel location wasn’t great, but the bus did run regularly and take us to the gondola.

Spa was wonderful, and the ski shop and Vic and Danny were so helpful and amazing.

We had New Year's Gala Dinner in "Nectar Bar", which we chose because it was adult-only. Unfortunately we will never have gala dinner at the hotel again. In the previous years we celebrated New Year's Eve in "Amvrosia" restaurant. I don't remember being bothered so terribly by the music's volume, as we were this year. I highly appreciate that one hostess listened to my remarks and the volume was turned down a little bit (I had been promptly refused by other hostesses). It was probably not up to them. The food was good but we could not enjoy it. The service was not too good, they were fast but definitely overwhelmed and therefore we sat with empty used plates in front of us for most of the evening.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a spa - quite crowded in general. I liked having dinner at "Amvrosia" restaurant, the food was really good. The hotel has a large parking. They offer shuttle transport to the gondola. I also liked the ski service at the hotel (very professional guy, I appreciated what he did except for his remark about romanian service. Let's say it was a joke and forget about.).

Mountain view was limited. Walk from town to hotel was on the long side but fine.

Good VFM hotel with kind staff and nice rooms. Spa was good and if you get in mid-week early afternoon it is not busy - great after a day skiing. Free parking good.

Small bed for adult person on extra bed. Unfrendly staff in hotel. Outside parking for the cars. Inside parkins stay empty only for cars of the staff. Expensive spa tretman, basic clen servis. In this moment it is not 5 stats hotel. Need renovation Not more then 3 stars hotel.

The only comment we had was the last shuttle bus from the gondola to the hotel could have been later than 5pm for those wanting to have a drink after a long day of skiing, although there were plenty of taxis waiting and only 15lev back to the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent with lots of options, the staff were all really welcoming and friendly, the were rooms clean…and warm! The hotel shuttle bus to the gondola was excellent and left from the hotel every 15 minutes (3 minute drive). We hired our ski’s, poles and boots from the hotel ski rental and Vic was outstanding! He was knowledgable, friendly, organised and patient with us (as a group of 11). We hired our ski pass directly from the Gondola office and the VIP pass was not required when skiing in Jan, although we were told it gets a lot busier getting into Feb.

Biggest problem is the bed - mattress could really do with updating. Also there are no accessible power outlets close to the bed, which is a bit annoying. Other than that, Gym is bleak and outdated and dinner does not include drinks. I mean I don't expect it to include cocktails or anything fancy, but water...? These are small nitpicky details, we still had an amazing and relaxing stay :)

Bathtub in the honeymoon suite is an absolute dream! The room was huge and spotless, very quiet and with a nice view. Breakfast nice and varied, staff very friendly, location close to town center (<10 minute walk), plenty of parking, spa facilities were very nice and relaxing.

The parking was limited but not an issue for us. The gym is basic but for a short stay its OK. Very little else to criticise, it was a lovely place to be.

This property is older but of a very good standard. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Everything is well maintained and the staff are great. It probably helped we went before the season really started so the staff to guests ratio was in our favour. We had the lovely surprise of a free bottle of wine waiting for us. The SPA is good, and the pool is lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Very little to fault, I would stay again.

The room was a bit too dark for my taste. Also the door from the room had no key from the inside and you cannot lock it. The sheets in the bedroom had some strange smell.

There was plenty of storage in the room for everything. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The hotel is around 2 km from the Old Town of Bansko. Its ok to have a walk but if you have to come back in the evening may be a little bit uncomfortable.

Comfortable big room with balcony, spacious bathroom. Swimming pool and the Spa, breakfast and dinners (gourmet cuisine quality), very calm area around the hotel, perfect for those looking for a peaceful break. Service was excellent and all the workers very kind

The outdoor pool is too small in reality. The SPA wasn’t very clean but the stuff reacted immediately when I told them.

The room was spacious and the bed and pillows very comfortable which is rare these days. The breakfast was good with wide variety.
