You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyWithout asking, they charged $15 more for a room upgrade. But they didn't ask for it. Then we complained a little bit later and got a voucher for the restaurant. Unfortunately, the food didn't arrive in the restaurant. They simply forgot about us. When I complained, the food was coming then about 45 min. later but was partially cold. Then I complained again and then we got a partial refund. We had booked the free shuttle back to the airport the evening before. When we arrived three minutes before shuttle departure, the shuttle had unfortunately already left, with the statement from reception that we should have been there at least 20 minutes earlier. But we were not told this, nor did they even call our room to inform us. It was not listed anywhere in the departure times at reception. We then had to take a taxi to the airport at our own expense. We have never experienced anything like this on our many trips. My conclusion: never again!

AustraliaLocated near the airport for an easy getaway, shuttle provided at 5am which was veery helpful. The room was good, the hotel has a pool and garden area great for killing some time waiting for a plane. A restaurant is on site, not the cheapest but quite adequate.
