You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaThe fact that i paid over $1000 to stay there, and they proceeded to gouge you for an additional $75 a night for parking. On top of that, a basic feature any cheap motel has is free wifi.. over $1000 for a room and they need to gouge you $10 a day for wifi on top of that? Absolutely ridiculous. Will never spend another dollar there.

CanadaThe elevators were awful! They are very slow and there are not enough of them to service a full hotel. We waited over 20 minutes for an elevator down from our room and we had to wait in line whenever we wanted to go back up.
The rooms were very spacious and had all the amenities would would expect, plus a microwave.

She could not make a change to our booking but her colleague on the next counter did the exact change for 2 other friends

IsraelBreakfast is too simple and repetitive, also overcrowded. Parking is very expensive (70$ per night on site, 35$ off site and you need take a shuttle to the hotel). Hotel shop charges double tax.
The view. it is all about view! The room was comfortable and spacious. Loved the massage chair! Lobby stuff was welcoming and helpful.

The view and the breakfast are good. But they charge extremely high rates and don't provide drinking water in their room service. It's a shame if we need water, we must spend another $10 for a bottle of water.

SingaporeCleanliness of the room. The carpet floor didn't feel was vacuum thoroughly. Found hair on pillowcase when check into the room. No full daily housekeeping till the 4th day of stay. I wasn't told about this during check in till I called the Front desk on housekeeping issues on day 2.
The room Falls view was good but the window was smaller than what we saw on the booking site. Location is good. Very near the Falls.

CanadaThe staff could have done a much better job at explaining the vouchers during check-in. We missed out on a free welcome drink because we didn’t see the vouchers for them until checkout and that could have been avoided if staff had mentioned that was even in there.
The keg, TGI Fridays, and Starbucks are all directly attached to the hotel and there’s an arcade inside the hotel as well. The vouchers they provide are useful too, don’t skip out on them.
