Water temperature in the shower kept changing randomly between scalding hot to freezing cold while we were trying to shower.

    Great location and beautiful room.

The air conditioner was rather loud - was happy of packed my ear plugs! But the hotel is great and I highly recommend it!

The room was spacious and very comfy. The breakfast was ample and tasty - the best hotel breakfast we‘ve had in Canada by far!

The breakfast on both days seemed to run out of food and drink/ cutlery and crockery quite quickly and take a long time to fill up, there was one poor girl working her socks off, she kept a smile on her face though, think staff problems have hit everyone recently. We did go at different times to see if that made things easier and it was Canada day so very busy. No fridge in the room. The air con was a bit loud but worth it, take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Really hard high pillows, we should have asked for different ones but we were too tired so went without. These really are only niggles and did not stop us enjoying the hotel.

The location was superb in the centre of Revelstoke main street with a car park in front of the hotel. The room was a good size with air conditioning, it was spotlessly clean with towels etc and a coffee machine. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The attached bar served food and drink. There was an ice machine in the wall in the corridor, great for the wine cooler or if you need to ice pack your muscles after walking up the ski slope just up the road.

Little misinformation on payment. When I went to use the hot tub it was still covered and I was told to remove cover myself. Thought that was strange. Also no fridge in my room.

Right in the heart of town and the age and history of the hotel.

We have always rated this hotel the highest scoring. Disappointed this years stay as the hot tub was not heated and instead a frigid overflowing small pool. Not exactly able to have that nice relaxing soak we always look forward to after a long drive on highway.

This just off mainstreet historical hotel is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are exceptional, and the beds and pillows the most comfortable ever. The hot and cold items breakfast Included with room rate is always high quality in an exceptional breakfast room location in hotel. The onsite restaurant and pub are also a couple of the best in town. The front desk and hotel staff are fantastic.

Our room was next to the service/storage room/ ice dispenser and close to the lift so a bit noisy.

One night stop over but great value Hotel. Room was very comfortable. Has a restaurant and bar attached so very convenient. I had a lasagne - one of the best I have eaten. Live music in the bar - blues.

we had two televisions in the room and one didn’t work. bathroom was quite small. no fridge in room. we checked in with another family member and they had a very poor check in experience which tainted a bit of our stay.

location is fantastic. ample free parking. our room configured such that one of the queen beds was in its own room with a tv, desk and sink. although this made for a slightly odd configuration with little “sitting area” space, it worked well for us since we have kids that could be on their own. breakfast was great and the staff in the breakfast room were very attentive. farmers market right outside the hotel on Saturday morning was a delightful surprise.
