I got double charged for parking - one charge through the hotel validation process and then because that had not been completed correctly, I got charged the same amount as I exited the parking lot. Hotel front staff on morning of departure were behind a partition and very difficult to bring to the front counter and once there - not very efficient or effective at completing the task of first of all validating the parking with a cost of approximately $22 Canadian and then figuring out how to print a new receipt. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Breakfast good. Room spacious and clean except carpet rather dirty - need shampoo carpet more often. Should include a mini fridge for convenience of guests especially during summer. Front desk staff friendly.

The restaurant was closed when we checked out at 12, so we had to leave the property to eat brunch. However, there were two Cafe’s across the street, so it all worked out.

Lots of shopping, great location, comfortable, clean and very reasonably priced.

I didn't enjoy the parking fees, but $21 for 24 hours is pretty good for Toronto.

Great location. I was on the 18th floor, which had an amazing view of the neighborhood. The room was very clean, nice and inviting. The staff was attentive and very pleasant. The check out time was 12pm, when most places are 11am. I was very pleased by this and did not feel rushed to leave. The hotel also has access to North York Centre and is across from Empress Walk, so great food, movies, and many shops are at your convenience just a few minutes away. I will definitely be going back.

Hallways were a little outdated but don't let that deter you, room was great.

Clean modern room, comfortable bed, helpful staff. I actually really appreciated the desk setup for work!

Reception desk, interactaion is quite poor, nothing different like B&B places. Breakfast is good, nice options. For dinner menu is quite limited.

Whole team from the restaurant are amazing but Adam is magical, he makes all the difference during breakfast time. Location very convinient to get public transportation or to rent a car (just go down stairs), parking is also good.

The in-room complimentary tea & coffee supplies were insufficient. I would like to see real cups & spoons rather than paper cup & wooden stirrers.

I've stayed here several times. There's always a problem with the keys not working. The staff are always happy to help, but it's inconvenient to get to your room only to find that you have to go back down to the front desk to get a new key.

I didn't realise that being a 3-star hotel, it would not supply bottled water, body lotion, hair conditioner, a box of tissues or a clock. It did however supply a Nespresso machine with 2 regular pods and 2 decaffeinated pods.

Location was my main consideration so it was great for that reason. I liked that it was easily accessible by public transportation. Many eateries nearby, too.

The gym and sauna were kind of in a sketchy part of the hotel. The wifi on my tv was down and maintenance wasn’t in until the morning, so they moved me into a different room.

The ambiance is absolutely lovely! The room was spacious, and super cozy. The staff was lovely, and extremely accommodating.

The shower wasn't working properly, it kept going colder to warmer. There wasn't a microwave at the room, or any other around available for guests.

Location is great, close to the subway station and many restaurants around. The room was very clean and the the staff were very nice and efficient.

The pool could have been open for the price paid on just one night to not have something small like this kinda sucked, even a hot tub would have been nice. Also wish there was complimentary water at least one bottle. Me and my friend resorted to the ice machine and waited for it to melt to get water. there was a vending machine that had water well was supposed to but was all sold out and everything was closed due to the holiday a small grab and go store in the building would be nice.

The receptionist that helped us was very nice she was fast as well and very clear with everything. Got into the hotel room and very clean and comfortable beds all security and staff were nice said hello, happy new years and smiled. Check out was easy just a drop box very basic.
