Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesSecurity was compromised due to a missing lock in the ORQUÍDEA B room. Both days they were doing repairs and only extremely hot water was coming out, therefore unable to take a shower bath in the morning both days; I reported issue to the lobby on the first morning but happened again the next day.
Surrounded by nature and very relaxing…,

FranceRoom is rustic, and walls are thin with neighbours. Environment is very humid, not possible to dry swimsuits and towels. Access from Pereira: didnt get any tips from the hotel, best to take semi public jeeps from Santa Rosa de Cabal.
Beautiful thermal baths with birds around. Best pool is the one only for overnight guests. When staying over night, good access to the thermal baths until late. Quiet setting.

NetherlandsThe staff at the restaurant can be a bit more attentive.
A charming place in a magical location. An overnight stay really ensures you can enjoy the Termales and the beautifully nature to the fullest as you get to see the venue without the day guests.

GermanyIn our previous visits, more services were offered than this time. Before, they offered the hotel guest robes to go around the park in, which was nice since the temperature is cold to be walking around in a bathingsuit. Also, the food was not as good this time as before, we ordered a salmon dish for dinner, and it tasted like freezer burn and was dry. That being said, the park is still an amazing experience!
Always a special experience to visit the termales San vicente. The hot spring park is really one of a kind and a great place to relax and take a break from the external world. There is no TV, no wifi, no phone connection. It is super relaxing and connects spa a spa experience to being in nature.

United StatesHot water for the shower would have been nice!
The location and seclusion of the property was amazing. The hot springs were well managed and beautiful. We liked that there was an additional part of the hot springs just for hotel guests and separate from the day guests.

United StatesI know the hotel wants to offer a natural experience, but the rooms could be improved. I'm not talking about technology, I agree with keeping technology away from that place. But they could improve the beds and the rooms in general, make large windows to let in light, and definitely improve the beds.
The majestic place. There are no words to describe such a special place, the magic of almost intact nature is the most beautiful thing about the San Vicente Hot Springs. The thermal pools, the bubble river, all very beautiful.

United StatesThe bungalow looks like there's a lot more space than there is - each one is really 2 units. The shared area pictured is just a walkway-width away from the ends of the beds.
Beautiful. We had a fantastic time. The setting in the valley is great, and the many different pool options were distinct and interesting. We booked a bungalow/cabana for our family, which was comfortable and had tons of beds. The kids fought over the loft, which we didn't notice when booking. Since I saw comments from people who seemed to expect something like a Nordic spa experience - note that these are "natural" hot springs/pools. I don't think they add chlorine or chemicals, and many of the pools are built into the riverbed. Some of the pools have some moss growing in them, but we saw them draining and cleaning one of the pools and they were as clean and well maintained as we'd expect/want for this sort of natural hot spring. So, in short, it's way more for the in-nature crowd than those looking for a curated spa resort. We love both, but recognize there's a huge difference between the two!

United StatesI have stay at this property several times and for the most part very satisfied. this time we stayed in the hotel part and that sound from the other rooms were very loud. We could hear people snoring. The sounds carry like there are no walls dividing the rooms. Advise paying a little more for the individual units for a quieter stay. We requested a later check out until 2pm and agreed to pay the 40,000. When we went back to check out the other staff member said it would be double and they would not honor the 40,000 and ended up charging 80,000 for the extension. We were very disappointed that they changed the fee at the last minute.
Setting is in a beautiful valley with at least 3 visible waterfalls you can see from the property. We liked that there are several thermal bathing areas around the property with some designated for just the overnight guests. Try to stay during the week since weekends are more crowded with people that are just coming for the day.

IsraelIt was very cold at night and there are no hot water on the shower, so after going out from hot water to the cold weather it was very disappointing to walk in to a freezing shower. And also the room was very cold- no extra blanket or an oven.
The hot springs are like nothing I ever seen before. There is a lot of options of pools especially if you are staying in the hotel. The room was simple and comfortable.

United StatesThe rooms are pretty small, so make sure you're friendly with everyone. I could barely find space to close the bathroom door. There's minimal storage, outlets, and places to put stuff so if you're staying for more than a day be prepared to operate out of your suitcase. Everything is self-service, so make sure you get whatever er drinks you want before you hop in the pools.
The drive up is gorgeous. Amazing scenery gpijg up a mountain with lots of places to stop and enjoy the views from the side of the mountain. The pools are great. There are many options from normal, heated pools to spots to hop in the warm river. The setup of the rooms is not like a hotel, it's all separate cabins in the woods that makes for a very cool, middle of nature setup. Our bungalow had a small private outdoor pool that was nice after the pools closed.

United KingdomThe food in the restaurant was not the best. It’s all open air too so is a little cold so you’re inevitably joined by wildlife while you eat. Obviously birds are fine, some other creatures you wouldn’t be too happy to see around the kitchen… The shower in the room was cold and the pools are not the cleanest so not sure if they’re being cleaned. But all in all these things did not put us off as it’s generally an excellent place to spend a couple days. Also, no wifi was an unexpected surprise on arrival and was a little inconvenient.
The property and its 10 pools are set in a superb location in the forest. It’s all very relaxing and idyllic and the thermal pools seemed to range in temperature which was very useful. Very enjoyable stay.
