It could be a 10 if they closed it for a week and took care of some deferred maintenance.

Amazing location and beauty. Very good restaurant too.

I have stay at this property several times and for the most part very satisfied. this time we stayed in the hotel part and that sound from the other rooms were very loud. We could hear people snoring. The sounds carry like there are no walls dividing the rooms. Advise paying a little more for the individual units for a quieter stay. We requested a later check out until 2pm and agreed to pay the 40,000. When we went back to check out the other staff member said it would be double and they would not honor the 40,000 and ended up charging 80,000 for the extension. We were very disappointed that they changed the fee at the last minute.

Setting is in a beautiful valley with at least 3 visible waterfalls you can see from the property. We liked that there are several thermal bathing areas around the property with some designated for just the overnight guests. Try to stay during the week since weekends are more crowded with people that are just coming for the day.

It was very cold at night and there are no hot water on the shower, so after going out from hot water to the cold weather it was very disappointing to walk in to a freezing shower. And also the room was very cold- no extra blanket or an oven.

The hot springs are like nothing I ever seen before. There is a lot of options of pools especially if you are staying in the hotel. The room was simple and comfortable.

The rooms are pretty small, so make sure you're friendly with everyone. I could barely find space to close the bathroom door. There's minimal storage, outlets, and places to put stuff so if you're staying for more than a day be prepared to operate out of your suitcase. Everything is self-service, so make sure you get whatever er drinks you want before you hop in the pools.

The drive up is gorgeous. Amazing scenery gpijg up a mountain with lots of places to stop and enjoy the views from the side of the mountain. The pools are great. There are many options from normal, heated pools to spots to hop in the warm river. The setup of the rooms is not like a hotel, it's all separate cabins in the woods that makes for a very cool, middle of nature setup. Our bungalow had a small private outdoor pool that was nice after the pools closed.

The food in the restaurant was not the best. It’s all open air too so is a little cold so you’re inevitably joined by wildlife while you eat. Obviously birds are fine, some other creatures you wouldn’t be too happy to see around the kitchen… The shower in the room was cold and the pools are not the cleanest so not sure if they’re being cleaned. But all in all these things did not put us off as it’s generally an excellent place to spend a couple days. Also, no wifi was an unexpected surprise on arrival and was a little inconvenient.

The property and its 10 pools are set in a superb location in the forest. It’s all very relaxing and idyllic and the thermal pools seemed to range in temperature which was very useful. Very enjoyable stay.

Room was somehow worn out, dark and cold. Shower was with barely working electric heater. With so many hot springs and natural heat I would expect hot shower.

Thin walls and some staff were less than willing to help.

Room was clean, quaint, and cozy; however, the walls were pretty thin and you can literally hear every word of your neighbor’s conversation which made it difficult to sleep. I’m vegetarian and I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to accommodate my diet. The food was delicious and most of the staff were helpful - some, not so much. Overall, my wife and I had a pleasant stay.

The man snoring next door. Some mould on the ceiling. It cost 200,000 to get there by taxi from Pereira and only 12,500 per person to get back to Santa Rosa.

The pools are fantastic, we saw some hummingbirds. Two or three pools are natural, the others are more accessible for older or less mobile people. The restaurant was good, though they could chill the white wine and get better juice. The staff were very helpful and English was spoken by one man who helped us get a taxi back to town. I could hear the man in the room next to me snoring, so if you can afford it get a chalet. It's quite old, bring a coat and jumper.

The rooms were damp and cold. Closing bathroom windows would've helped. Better signage to walk to the hot springs at night would be helpful.

our room was so basic. not any lamps around the bed, very cold all the time, the douche didn’t have hot water. room didn’t have a properly wardrobe to save out stuff. So, for the price of the room we felt it was very basic, I think they just gave us the most rustic and impromptu room they recently create. Finally, some girls from the staff of massages (mud and hot sand) were just laughing and hanging around the sand place when we have our therapy, they didn’t help us to have new towels even when they were plenty of them doing anything but talking and chatting on the phones. I think the place is really changing from a quiet and more or less private place, to a place full of people and garbage around the pools and common places.

Place is so amazing because the location. between the mountains pools are nice

The room. The front door had a huge gap and mosquitoes came through, the bathroom door didn’t have a frame, the water heater in the shower was badly placed and cables were hanging out, and it was very hot at night, since the door didn’t have a screen, mosquitoes invaded the room. Also, Some of the pools haven’t been clean, therefore there were some steps and other areas very slippery.

The hot springs were wonderful, and the staff was also very nice and helpful!
