A small microwave in the kitchenette would have been preferable as it would allow microwaveable meals. The kitchenette is not big enough for proper meal preparation but that’s perfectly okay. Not having a microwave made it difficult.

Excellent location close to the central train station & bus station. Friendly helpful staff. Nice comfy rooms with a small kitchenette. Good locality with lots of shops, restaurants, laundry etc all within easy reach.

Laundry isn't working. Don't expect to do any laundry here, it's a lie. 6 euros per cycle + 3 for dryer, must be in 1 euros coins only. Machine are all broken, require manual fix from staff every time. Massive pain.

Reception staff was a bit overtaxed and didn't get things right (assigning the same room to different people, not billing the right prices). WiFi stopped working regularly and one needed to log in again (i.e. until one noticed, one used one's own data). In a double room there was only one chair - in an aparthotel!

Location (a bit dodgy, as it's a 5-min.-walk from the main train station but super central and well-connected). Small kitchen. Quiet room.

The room cards deactivated a couple of times and the ‘king bed’ were actually two single beds pushed together and when I would turn in the middle of the night, I would fall down the crack of the bed.

Passageway lights were switched off most of the time leaving it dark. Activated via motion sensors. There should at least be some lights switched on rather than total darkness. A/C was not switched on despite despite the summer heat. Unclear what was the temperature threshold.

Cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. The room had a little kitchen that could be used, but many things were dirty or faulty. It seems that previous guests also didn't take good care of the space, so you could see a few signs of that in the kitchen/bathroom and room. It's a shame, because I really like the concept of booking a small apartment with a kitchenette, but people need to be more considerate. Regardless, I would stay again if I were to be in the area for more than a few nights.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Super close to the main train station in Munich, a few minutes away from grocery stores, cafés and some restaurants. It's a busy street throughout the entire day. It took us around 15 minutes walking to reach the main city center, which isn't bad for a big city like Munich. The room was spacious, the elevators worked and we never had any issue with noise even though our window faced the street.

The wifi does connect to my phone, but not to my laptop. Asked the front desk to help, they couldn’t solve it and asked me to contact their provider. The provider officer helped yet they don’t really solve my issue when saying I should be able to use it immediately and soon there’ll be an officer coming to my room to solve my issue. Because of this my work is delayed and spent time to wait for the officer that never came…

I like that it is walking distance to everywhere, to groceries store, from central bus station and to Munich HBF.

I find that the kitchenwares needed to be cleaned more thoroughly.

The room feels comfortable however, it can be somehow small for people who brought huge luggages; there might not be enough space to open all luggages. Location wise, it's near to the train stations and there is nice food nearby.

At the beginning there was an unpleasant smell probably from the previous guests but it didn’t persist. A pan in the apartment would have been nice, but I guess frying makes a smell in the apartment and they try to minimise it.

Really clean. It is in the proximity to the main station meaning there are great connections via public transport. We got coffee pads for every morning we stayed. The bed was big enough.

The neighbourhood is a bit shady, but it is near Hauptbahnhof, so I should have expected it. Also, there was no proper oven in the kitchen of the apartment, which was a bit of a disappointment.

The staff was very nice and polite at all times, and there was a super machine at the reception with free coffee and hot chocolate ☺️. The apartment was clean and comfortable, Wi-Fi was good and it was nice even to just chill at the reception with a cup of hot chocolate.
