The heating was too loud in the room and there was also some light unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

It was really old Building with a great history and somehow it had these strange old vibes, that I liked a lot, but my mom didn’t.

The tram in front of the property only traveled one way during our stay, which cannot be controlled by the management, but might have been nice to know about in advance.

Everything was great, the staff was helpful when we had general questions about public transportation.

The hotel is close to the tram, in a quiet place, the rooms are clean, large, parking in the yard, you have all the necessary facilities. when we arrived it was a little cold in the rooms, but Erik, the greatest man ever, helped us and everything was okay.

The rooms were dated, and the carpet was stained. Due to the constructions, it was a nightmare to get to the house.

The man who checked us in had an abrupt manner. I think his name was Claude. which we did not understand since we were not late. The carpet in our room was dirty.

It was a lovely old home, you could visualize what it was like to live in this neighborhood in the early 1900s. I am glad that the neighborhood kept homes like this. Most of the staff were friendly.

It was in a quiet area, with a little park behind. However, there was a very regular tram service to and from the city centre, so we didn’t need to drive anywhere once we’d arrived.

Eating breakfast outside on the terrace was a highlight. We enjoyed the food and the variety. We liked walking down into Blasewitz and exploring the river, the hillside and places to eat. The woods behind the Aparthotel were beautiful and our room looked out on to a giant oak tree where nuthatches would feed in the late afternoon. Staff were attentive and helpful.

Nothing really, other than a misunderstanding, as we were leaving about whether or not we had paid in advance.

We liked the location which is about three miles outside the city centre in an attractive, peaceful residential area. There are walks through the nearby woods and it's also close to the river Elbe and the Blue Wonder Bridge. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel which takes you straight into town, or alternatively to the Neustadt Bahnhof. We had a good sized bedroom with a sofa, table, an adjoining kitchen and eating area, a good sized bathroom with separate bath and shower, and a walk-in clothes cupboard. The kitchen area was small but well equipped. It was all very clean. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant. The hotel washed a laundry bag of clothes for us for 10 Euros. We didn't see much of the staff, so can't comment decisively on them. Overall our four night stay was pretty good value for money.

There’s a kindergarten on the right side of the property. Rooms on this side can be noisy during the day, but only during the children’s recess.

Wonderful villa in very quiet area. Amazing breakfast in relaxing environment, great variety of food in the morning. The room was spacious and had all the needed amenities for an apart hotel. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Tram stop right in front of the villa (tram no. 12 - direct to the center in 23 min.). Good parking.

I have nothing to complain. Maybe ground rooms are a little bit dark. As long as you need perfect rooms, choose 1st or 2nd floor rooms

Nice locality next to park drowned in green trees. You can take bike or cruiser and take a fine ride to the center or others nice places. Fine pleasure was sitting on the terrace and enjoying evening with friends

My only problem was the curtains as I'm a very light sleeper and the light coming through the windows woke me up on the sunniest day.

Since I live in Germany I have used Booking to find the places where I stay when I'm on vacation or simply when I have an escape weekend and I must say in capital letters that after 4 years until today this has been PER BY FAR THE BEST ACCOMMODATION I HAVE EVER HAD. With me it is 10 out of 10. Excellent location, beautiful facilities, super friendly staff, delicious breakfast (I love their coffee machine), they have their own parking space, right in front pass the Strassenbahn that takes you directly to the city center and the most important thing has been the Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in an accommodation. Widely recommended.
