Location was great, near the train station and Kölner Dom. The property seems old outside, but inside was quite good. Heat system was great, room was clean and there was enoguh space. Receptionist was very helpful. We didnt try the breakfast.

The old man at the reception was nervous and unhappy.I had to fill out documents that already had information about me. If you can’t communicate normally with people, relax at home.

Room 601 was spacious and clean. Free water in the room. Very close to the train station.

I honestly felt embarrassed when a staff walked to my table at the breakfast and asked for my room number. That was to know if my booking had breakfast included but I humbly think he should find another private way to do this and not at the table.

Excellent, convenient location - very close to station. Polite, friendly staff. Functional rooms. Breakfast available at additional cost. A relaxing night's sleep.

There was a draft that came in under the main door all the time, so it was always very cold in the room.

Room was good and worth it considering the price we paid, even had a nice balcony with table and seats. Location was excellent.. Literally beside the train station.

Bathroom needs maintenance. Water leaking from shower, flooded entire bathroom every time we took shower. Noisy corridors, slamming doors, people shouting.

The location is very central, opposite the train station. The room was nice and big and nice even though it was a single person. The room was very warm and comfortable.

Mind that the hotel is right next to Cologne Central train Station. If you are a light sleeper the trains could wake you up early in the morning.

It is very central. It is a 5 minute walk to the center of Cologne. Everything is in a walkable distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the recommendations the staff gave us about the Christmasmarkets, since that was the reason we visited Cologne. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were very good!

When i was making reservation in Booking.com it was saying there is a sauna, but during my stay sauna was under construction, that is my only concern.

Wifi was shockingly bad. They use telecom but it would never connect for me which meant I had to use my own data.

Could be a bit noisy with it being in such a central location, but it wasn't too bad considering. Perhaps a reminder notice at front desk for other guests to be quiet when returning to/leaving their rooms at night is in order though. It seems some don't have a concept of 'other people' when they're yelling to each other at 11pm.

Really handy location - can't miss it from the main train station. Buses to the airport also stop literally right outside the hotel, so arriving and leaving was seamless and hassle-free.

No coffee cattle but it was announced, and they need to change the plastui shower curtain. Other than that all fine.

Great location near the Cathedral and train station, in the centre. Clean, small but OK for a short stay.
