Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The number of parking places in the underground garage are a bit few for the size of the hotel - and some are reserved for staff & the German army. Space is a bit limited in the drive ways & turns as well, so drivers of larger cars are a bit challenged here. The alternative is to park for a similar price at the parking of the Congress Center.
Great location close to the Rheinmain Congress Center, modern building, comfortable rooms, good breakfast & friendly staff.

Pool is misleading. It more of a big bathtub
Extremely bright lights from the courtyard beam into rooms. They should turn off the lights at some point like 10 pm so that people in the courtyard facing rooms can sleep

billing. I booked a room with breakfast included but I got a bill with a separate price for "breakfast food" and "breakfast drink". Why? breakfast is breakfast why two separate prices? When I asked for a bill that mentioned only the price per night, the hotel declined my request. Also I paid for parking and one time I could not find a spot to park because a guest took two spots to park his car. When I reported that the receptionist was not helpful at all. I showed him the picture but he did not do anything!

Really difficult to point to anything, as said above, not a fan of carpets, but size of the room and cleanliness outweighs it. Parking may be challenging if hotel full, but for us was super easy.
Very nice hotel in the proximity of city centre. Rooms are very spacious (bathroom was rather tiny, but sufficiently big), breakfast very reach (if you cannot find something for your taste, you are probably quite picky, as they also have things accomodating for allergies and even coffee was decent, which is not that easy often in hotels) and nice touches with small gym (do not expect too much) and nice small pool (great for kids). There is also small sauna in the pool area (enough if you do not go for full sauna experience). All in all ,very nice hotel, equipment not that old as some reviews suggest, but I am always amazed by carpet on the floor (cannot avoid it), but still largely clean and no problem for allergies or asthma. I would recommend it, as I cannot imagine that hotels with double price are that much better.

The bathroom didn't have any shower soap and shampoo (the bottles were empty) and they never replace them. The room was not 100% clean.
The hotel location and staff friendliness. The breakfast buffet food was very good. Plenty,fresh and yummy

They did not refresh our minibar nor were we given any bathrobes. The staff did explain why, (they had run out of them) but didn't take any trouble apologising or compensating. Staff is young, hardworking and willing to do their best. It just needs some afternoons of hospitality training. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Dust in the room. All in all, we had an enjoyable three days. Conclusively, we felt that we had been paying 150 euros too many. Location makes up for almost all of its shortcomings.

I don’t like the single style duvet. Much prefer a larger duvet than the German style of single duvet

Carpet is getting a bit worn
Nice location. It was about a 15 minute walk to the train station and maybe 5 minutes to the center city. We also needed to do laundry and found a laundry mat close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English.

Noisy in the morning, sounds like chairs moving in the restaurant.. we were in RM 138
