The small things make a difference: A welcome beer, a good bye snack, attentative staff. Very fair price with breakfast included, 24h reception. Perfect for my late night arrival and sleepover next to the train station.

The showerhead was not very convenient; putting the water sort of horizontal instead of down.

The staff is really amazing. Both at the checkin and checkout. Complimentary water and beer in tne room. Very close to the trainstation and lots of offers like free bikes to lend. Comfortable room and a good bed, with a choice of pillows. Earplugs were provided but I did not need them. Maybe light sleepers should ask for a room at the back.

1) The shower may be a bit small for some, but water pressure is excellent. 2) A bathroom improvement would be a wall attached drying rack, as so many hotels have. Difficult for hand wash items to dry here, but a neighborhood laundry is about a 5-10 min. walk. 3) Booking directions out of the train station should make it clear to use the South exit! Location is nearby & easy to find if you go south.

Lots to like here: 1) Staff--front desk & breakfast room--were helpful & pleasant every day, 10/10! 2) Outstanding breakfast buffet included a pot of coffee at each table; other coffee options at the efficient fresh grind espresso machine. In addition to 2 juices, you can make your own fresh squeezed orange juice. Breakfasts here are delicious, fresh, healthy & have great options. 3) Complimentary beverages & water in room fridge. Hot water kettle in room. Thank you for those! 4) Modest size sitting area & tea/coffee off the entryway, beverages on sale, too.

Everything worked perfect for me. But the rooms are facing the street, so people with easy sleep may have problems. However even earplugs were provided in the room.

Perfect stay if you wanna be close to the city for a good value of money! I had a single room which was quite small – but had everything you might need. Extra points for free drinks as a welcome in the fridge!

Nice location, close to the old city and Hauptbahnhof. Breakfast was quite good - freshly squeezed orange juice, hot meals and just overall plenty of options to choose from. Small but nevertheless nice compliments - sweets, water and beer in the fridge, free tea and coffee in the lobby.

Wifi is good for browsing the latest news, but too weak for streaming TV.

Only 5 min walking from the train station, and city centre within 15 min. Very good room facilities (kettle with coffee/tea, mini fridge, tv screen with screencast function). Good breakfast buffet, personnel is very alert at possible lost stuff. They had taken away my sweater from my chair to the reception just when I was only one minute away to the buffet.

The staff was pretty kind, even though we weren't speaking German they understand English pretty nicely. Room was a little bit too small but it was in my expectations so not that much of a deal. I didn't order breakfast so I can't comment on it. Location of hotel was pretty good actually it's really close to bus and train stations.

It was a bit loud from the outside, but you get free earplugs :)

Hotel close to a central station and close to a city center. All went well. Comfortable bed, white bedsheets, welcoming free water or beer in a room. You get a list with different hotel perks, you can even get overnight shoes cleaning. I didn’t try that :) Tasty breakfast and very friendly service.
