FranceRegarding the stay: there were no additional pillows or bed covers. Location: there are very limited options around the area concerning restaurants or shops.
It was a last minute booking that exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is surrounded by nature and a small river, with beautiful views. It has a lot of amenities, including a bigger inner pool. The rooms were very clean, modern, and spacious with a large balcony with a view to the river and the rail tracks. The area is extremely calm, perfect to rest and to explore the black forest area. Also perfect spot for star-gazing. The staff was very kind and we were offered some beverages upon arrival. The breakfast was excellent, a lot of options to choose from, with some food being cooked right there in the moment. The value for money was also great.

Franceadmission of very little child from 2 to 5 years old that sprang in both swimming-pool and crying. I do not except that in such a Wonderfull wellness stars Spa area where I wanted to relax . I would propose to limit access to little children minimum to some hours so that adults can relax. It should be relaxing area and not stress area.

GermanyAlthough we enjoyed the SPA, the "kinds"/choices of SPA and sauna rooms are very limited. It would be great if the "SPA" hotel could provide more different free SPA options, e.g., different aroma sauna, massage whirlpool.
We enjoyed the facilities, SPA, and the atmosphere very much. We lived in the newly refurnished part, which is quite clean and comfortable.

SwedenI stayed at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of our worst travel experiences ever. From the very beginning, we were met by a receptionist who acted openly racist, which was both shocking and deeply offensive. We had booked two rooms, but both were damp and had a strong, unpleasant smell. After we complained, the staff sent someone to inspect the rooms, and only then were we allowed to change. The new rooms were located in an old side building with much lower standards – probably 3-star at best. However, we had no other choice but to stay. Sadly, even the new room was in bad condition: the toilet was dirty, with visible traces of feces. In our 10 years of family travel, we have never experienced anything like this. Later during our stay, we sat with our children at the hotel’s outdoor restaurant area. There were no other guests around, but two staff members – a woman and a man – approached us in a very aggressive manner. They shouted at us loudly and suddenly closed the sun umbrella above us so forcefully that I could have been injured on the forehead if I hadn’t moved in time. It was a threatening and very uncomfortable situation. I tried to respond, but since the staff couldn’t speak English, it was impossible to have any proper conversation. They told us we weren’t allowed to sit there unless we ordered food from the restaurant, even though we were hotel guests and simply sitting outside with our children. It felt both unfair and extremely unwelcoming. In the end, we decided to leave the hotel three days earlier than planned. When we informed the reception, we were met once again with anger and loud shouting. We didn’t get any refund for the nights we didn’t stay. This hotel was a total disappointment, and we felt completely unwelcome – especially as non-German-speaking guests. Think twice before booking this place.

GermanyI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was outstanding—delicious and beautifully presented every time. The spa was truly amazing, offering a peaceful and luxurious escape. What really stood out, though, was the staff—so warm and welcoming, they made me feel like part of the family. Highly recommended!
