The beach and it’s very decent for us price

It’s not my first time to go there I always book through Booking.com without any problems, but this time on the check, I found out that my both units has been taken and they told me that they texted me over Booking.com, but I didn’t see the message and the message were only asking to confirm my arrival time although I didn’t make any changes to the booking. I didn’t cancel yet they give away my units. They give me one bedroom apartment and they located my sister and another hotel for just one night till the ne room be available the next day. The room that they gave my sister the air conditioning wasn’t working and there was a problem with the bed as well a problem with the electricity of the toilet they tried to fix the AC . It was leaking lots of water, My sister and her husband fixed the bed somehow yet the electricity was not fixed, so they were not pleasant with their stay at all. At the end of my stay, at checkout they asked me for extra 200 pounds claiming that they made a wrong calculation. I said it’s not my problem and I didn’t pay anything. The staff were a great team yet what happened was not acceptable at all by me, nor by my sister she was going on her honeymoon.

Nothing to clean with at the apartment (no broom, mop, sponge)

Great location, right next to the mamsha, with access to a private beach that's nice and sandy and clean. Rooms were clean and comfy with a view of the sea, and everything we needed was there.

There wasn't enough places to eat out just one small restaurant outside the property. There wasn't much to choose from . They tried their best to get me something I could eat.

The beach location was lovely, clean and spacious plenty of umbrellas. The area was tidy plenty of towels.

the corridor and the environment of the building look like they are still under construction. With very little more care and investment it would be a great hotel.

The receptionist Hossan is a particularly kind and smart guy. He helped us a lot with information about the possibilities... The apartment is huge and comfortable

Limited cooking facilities, only a 2 ring electric top, no oven, no microwave, no washing machine, unlike in the photos. Crockery is very limited -2 side plates 2 larger plates, 3 plastic cereal bowls, 10 spoons, 2 forks, and 1 dining knife plus 1 very bendy kitchen knife. 4 glass mugs and 3 plastic beakers. Its adequate but not if you need to cook or reheat.

Access to the beach was lovely. The apartment size was good. The beds were comfortable. Toilet paper, shower gell, and a bar of soap was provided. Towels were also provided. Staff were polite and helpful.

They didn't have wifi in the rooms, although it was mentioned that they have wifi. The road to the reception was not paved.

Nicely located on the beach and 10min ride from airport and the marina, this is a good value resort. Take the chalet which is closer to the water. Lots of potential with large pacels of land yet to develop. Only take USD or Euro cash payments which was not stated clearly on bookings.

Next to beach, close to a big touristic street. Very nice staff especially Mustafa is very kind and helpful. Very good value in total .
