The air con was not working but was fixed the same day, same as the fridge. Air con leaked the next day but was fixed right away.

We enjoy our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good fresh food, a shuttle bus to the beach, which was near (4min), by walk about 10 min. Entertainment was in another Amphoras hotel also with a shuttle bus from the hotel.

There is a lack of continuous transportation services to the beach. Furthermore, there are no organized events within the hotel premises. The Wi-Fi connection was not functioning effectively, and the animation team displayed a reduced level of activity in comparison to that of Amphoras Blu.

Being a Muslim country it doesn't have proper amenities in the toilet like jetter water spray. Moreover it's serving alcohol. Lastly it is 15+ mins away from sea and the shuttles very infrequent. Moreover the theatre programmes are also near the sea which means you have to walk around 20 mins always

I recently booked 3 rooms at Ampharos Aqua Park hotel and had an exceptional experience. The hotel boasts amazing facilities that cater to every need. One of the swimming pool guards are so not nice and aggressive. In addition to some staff in the kitchen. The variety of the food is not good especially in the breakfast. The jam is so not tasty and no عيش بلدي بالرده plus most of the time the salad is salty.

Alot of the employees they give dirty looks if you have your family which was one of the most bad influences into the hotel and i would not consider coming back cause of the dirty looks if you have your family with you

Rooms need better TVs, and there wasn't a kettle. There wasn't a variety of food and desserts.

The staff were amazing. Every single person working in this place did his job with love. Beginning from the reception team, the manager of the towel booth, restaurant team, especially Mohamed, the room service, especially Mohamed G. Thanks for your hospitality and welcoming attitude. ❤️

The spa facility was out of action during our stay, but we made use of the family hotel spa facilities nearby, which was very good (although they should add facials as part of the treatments). At one point of day each day, water use was limited in the rooms - but there was no warning about this. I think the hotel would benefit from having some form of currency exchange available. We had to go into town to change our money because the nearby hotel ATM wasn't working. The rooms could have been cleaner, and I didn't like the quality of the pillow cases. There could have been less use of one use plastic throughout the hotel. There could have been some tea and kettles facilities in the room.

The service at the hotel was very good. I thought all the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular Khaled, who was on the night shift and checked us in. He helped us, too, when a few members of our family went on an excursion and were back very late to the hotel. The breakfast selection was good, and Samuel, one of the chefs, was standout. The number and variety of swimming pools was great for the kids and family friendly, and the lifeguards were all very helpful. My kids really liked Abdul the lifeguard. The food at the restaurant was very good and there was always a variety. Wifi was available throughout the hotel and in rooms, which was very welcome.

The lobby is too hot...not well Ac with the high tempreture outside. Animation team should perform better through day and even for kids. Night shows is a must in the hotel ! There is no show at night and we should not go to the other hotel even if the other is same property!

Property is cleaned daily house keeping Khalid was amazing always at our service we had 3 rooms he was exceptionally at our service the only downside was the reception staff not a single one was convenient when called for anything they were careless and check out was not smooth they were so unprofessional. A huge thank you to Natalia guest relations staff she was always at our service everything we asked for she understood unlike the reception staff and was at immediate reach, thank you Natalia you made our stay so comfortable.
