Hotel situated in a high hill. You need to park your car at downhill and need to walk a steep hill to reach the hotel. Very hard for small babies and who have Asthma problem.

The hotel is truly charming in all the way. Rooms are very nicely decorated. Facilities are good.

Bathroom needs maintenance. We were annoyed by bad smells from the drain pipes and the toilet seat was broken.

Location is amazing. Staff is super generous and even gave us a room upgrade. The overall stay was very nice!

We would like to recommend two points for improvement: 1. Prices should be placed on the items and honey offered for sale so that the customer can be assured that the price is fixed for all customers and hotel visitors. 2. ⁠The rooms, especially the bathrooms, must be cleaned thoroughly before handing them over to the customer in order to ensure complete comfort for the new guests.

The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is varied, and the service in general is excellent.

The location is excellent with the view to the waterfall and mountains, and near to shops and restaurants. There was a place suitable for picnic downwards the hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly and assisted us with all our inquiries and even helped to check-in 2 hours earlier

The bed is old and not comfortable. And the way up the hill is tiring for a family.

The location of the hotel is little high you need to climp for it, it requires some efforts, old people and disables are not advised to book in this hotel.

The view is imazing next to the waterfall and the mountain, there is green area next to the hotel where you can set to enjoy the view the whole day , the staff were helpful and supportive, they provide cleaning frequently, you can park your car the person in the car park is helpful and just leave the key with him and he will take care of everything.

You need to climb alot of stairs to get there which can be very tiring. not recommended to old people. The breakfast is limited, if you want to add anything you need to pay. Many facilities on the room don't work.

When we arrived, we waited our luggage to arrive to our room for almost 30 minutes before i had to go to reception counter again asking about our luggage as no one answered my phone call. When we arrived, there were dogs sitting at the stairs to the hotel. When i told the staff who attended us that i am afraid of dogs and i wish they will look after it,he didn't take it seriously. You have to climb to reach the hotel.However, we enjoyed it :)

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel staff name Ali was really helpful and attentive. The view from hotel room was amazing. The room amenities were complete. The breakfast was fine even it was the same menu everyday

Need more renovation. The hotel should have made it clear that you have to reach the hotel walking as there are no roads on this mountain to reach the hotel. Also, they use a kind of electric trolly to take/drop the luggage. I have left my Jeans shirt on the hanger in the reception, and went to check-in, came back didn't find it. You have to take care of your belongings.

The location, the view, the reception was very cozy, and nice terrace area. There is a Syrian guy among their staff, very friendly and very helpful his name is Ali.

Spider webs everywhere in the room. Bathroom had a spider and the bedroom one spider. I was unlucky for another family lived above us with unbehaving children and the night was unpleasant due to the banging and noise. No privacy. We could hear their conversation. Breakfast did not include 2 cups of turkish coffee nor a cup of juice.

Bed was super comfortable. Close to scenic view. Valet parking is free

The experience was very amazing the view was miraculous. But one thing that going up to the mountains to reach the resort bas very tough. But the place was worth it they gave us a free upgrade

The service, the people, everything was just perfect. We stayed there for 4 nights and it was memorable. We will definitely come again and recommend this resort to our friends who will visit ayder. Ibrahim and his boss were so helpful with everything. ❤️
