Very convenient for the Al Hambra but a good walk into the city centre Surrounded by countryside nice views. Good pool. The staff are great. Friendly efficient and obliging as well as professional.

It is a shame the terrace is not open during the day. Would be amazing views- but couldn’t really see them! I think lots of guests would use it if it was open.

No free parking but the daily rate was not too high.

In a lovely location. Plenty you can walk to, if you don't mind coming back up a hill! Right beside Alhambra entrance. Hotel offered plenty of dining options. Terrace restaurant was a super bonus. Bar menu all day. Buffet breakfast an option and buffet dining too.

Pillows and bed wasn't very comfortable. One lady on reception wasn't the friendliest! She could have been more cheerful.

I would have liked to 4th floor restaurant to open up before 9.00 pm

The location was excellent, right next to the Alhambra, very close to the first Hop on Hop off Granada bus. It was a short walk or ride in a taxi to the town centre. The room had everything we needed and it was cool at night. The breakfast was excellent, both breads meats and cheezes as well as a hot breakfast too. It had a slendid outside pool and bar

Quality of food in rooftop is expensive for the quality. There is a swimming pool though it’s a lottery to get a chair. People go to the swimming pool when it opens leaver their towels and go away, come back hours later. Given the pool is small I thinks it’s fair they have someone checking or a rule that states if beds are left for more than an hour towels will be removed. There is only one person on the bar all day and it gets busy so you have to wait a longtime if there is a queue and people have big orders including cocktails, he has to do it all. That seems like not good employment practice.

The buffet lacked variety - it was the same every day, especially lunch and dinner. Also, we had allergies, and there were no labels of foods, however, the waiter stayed with us to inform us of ingredients. It would have been simpler if they just put a label next to each dish!

Loved location, in the mountains, very close to nature, a mere 10-15 mins walk into the city centre. The hotel itself offers buffet breakfasts, lunch and dinners, which makes it a choice on days we didn't want to go into the city centre. Children absolutely loved the pool. The family room was spacious and lovely. Would benefit from putting an ironing board and iron in the rooms, although we got them quickly when we requested them. The hotel was fully booked when we were there (summer season), but the staff were still attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

he hotel is within walking distance of the Alhambra, which was the main reason we chose it. For getting to the city center, we opted for Uber, which cost around €20 per ride. Walking is also an option — about 20 minutes — but we preferred using a car.

The pool was too busy mostly to get a lounger or chair (and it wasn't open early or later on). A bit remote with little options to eat nearby and hotel food was expensive.

We had dinner in the restaurant which was beautifully located, especially at sunset. The staff there were good too, but completely understaffed. They were having to rush around trying to keep on top of everything which meant that they were unable to clear our table or take our desert order.

Great price, location, facilities and specifically the staff. The receptionist that greeted us was very friendly, helpful and informative. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the pool a great diversion.
