Are balcony was facing the police station i should have upgraded to front room but other than that I don't have any complaints

It was spotless only there for the weekend and staff were in everyday cleaning , the beds were so comfy would definitely recommend for a few days

The hotel is opposite the main police station and the road is closed to traffic to allow police parking making it difficult to access the hotel entrance. There is an underground car park a few meters away at €36 a night which was handy. Excellent breakfast with top-of-the-range toasting and a good selection of hot and cold options.

The location was good for the old town, the market and other attractions, and not too far from the beach on the old town side rather than the busier east side.

Needs more sun loungers to accommodate guests. Would suggest kettles in each room without having to pay a deposit for one. Shower great but kept flipping up & spraying the bathroom.

The staff were friendly and helpful in this quite peaceful hotel. We had breakfast included and there was a good choice with coffee to get you started in the morning.

Basic facilities but you pay for what you get. My room had a wobbly toilet seat, the aircon leaked slightly whenever it was turned on and one of the balcony doors wouldn't lock. These were only minor to me though as I was on the fifth floor and only stayed in my room to sleep, shower or change. There were a couple of days when the water wouldn't come on but there had been a sign the first day saying it was off for maintenance and when we called reception it came back on within 10mins. Lastly, there were a few times where we had to go to reception to ask for the bartender as he had been called away to help with dinner service but again, this was only a minor inconvenience and they usually returned within 5-10 mins; it wasn't a deal breaker.

Staff were very friendly and approachable. Loved the location as it was a 25 min walk away from the main strip and a lot quieter but still central to shops/restaurants and the beach was only a stones throw away. The hotel was less touristy and more Spanish which made me feel safe staying in a room by myself. The pool area was small but we never had any issues getting a bed and the drinks were so cheap.

Breakfast was pretty poor. The hot food looked like it wasn’t cooked properly - sausages and bacon. But plenty of pastries, yoghurt and fruit available.

No water in the room we arrived late and not even a bottle of water in the fridge I’ve stayed in 1 star and there has been water as a minimum that was a first for me Bedding wasn’t changed in 4 nights and we had to ask for clean towels I’ve stayed in place in Asia for £15 a night and had all these things as a standard

Staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was clean and a nice little sun trap, breakfast was ok plenty to choose from not to far from the beach but I like walking

I have no complaints!!!

The staff were very helpful at all times. I enjoyed the location very much. A little disappointed that there was no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Housekeeping was excellent.
