My husband and I have traveled a lot of different places, this hotel is the nicest we have ever stayed at. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. The bathroom was amazing. I highly recommend.

The only thing I could even consider having any negative feelings about would be the menu options for an earlier dinner. After a long day of travel, we wanted to do an early dinner and get a good nights sleep and therefore were eating on the early side. They serve a smaller menu until I believe 8pm so there were fewer options but the options they had were delicious so it just made me want to be able to try the other things as well.

We bookended our trip to Spain in Madrid and stayed at CoolRooms Palacio de Atocha both times. We were a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and after our last European vacation we recognized the importance of having enough space for everyone. We chose the 2 bedroom Master Suite and it far exceeded our expectations. The rooms alone were a wonderful size but the living area was amazing to have as well. The staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate our daughter's birthday while we were there with balloons and dessert. The pool wasn't open yet, but it was a very peaceful place to unwind after a long day of travel and site seeing. I would without a doubt stay here again and will recommend to anyone traveling with a family or group.

Breakfast is pricey but very good.

Great location! The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. We had a suite which was very large, nicely appointed, and comfortable. The bathroom was also very large with a shower that could fit you and ten of your friends (if you are into that kind thing). Kidding aside, Overall an exceptional hotel that I highly recommend and will be my go-to place the next time I am in Madrid

The darkness of the room

Amazing amenities, good quality hair dryer , GHD staightners, USB sockets, electric curtains, molten brown shampoo and soaps, every evening we was left a little chocolate, a big glass water bottle. There was nespresso machine in the room.

Loved everything! The beds were amazing, the water pressure in the shower, the Nespresso machine. The room was small but well appointed, and so quiet!

No real indoor lounge but with better weather we would have made use of the courtyard and poolside so just bad luck.

The weather lol. It was cold and rainy but not your fault!

The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough. The room was lovely as were all the Molten Brown toiletries. The food in the restaurant was gorgeous and the tapas bar next door was great too.

There was no AC, understandably because it’s still cool outside but in the rooms it gets warm especially in the afternoon. Sometimes opening the window isn’t enough to cool down the room.

I was surprised at how many ppl rated the beds as comfortable. While you can tell they are good quality, way too hard for my liking. I also found breakfasts to be under whelming with limited choice

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. The rooms are enormous. Very grand and tasteful, surprisingly, only 4 stars. While the location was very handy, the street its on isn't the best. It makes up for the location with excellent service and very good sound proofing
