Location a little out of centre, but we had to be in that area for a specific reason. Hate to gripe about a television but, as the remote control didn't match the TV itself, there were some functions that weren't available.

Lovely, modern, well-equipped flat with great communication and detailed instructions given on how to enter property. Excellently soundproofed.

Very grateful for this great clean and comfortable apartment. I loved that I could make tea in the evening and morning. Enough body wash and shampoo for all of us. Super comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood. Washed, dried and ironed few things which was very helpful. In short I would like to stay longer.

The bed/mattress could use a change is it feels old but i had a goodnights sleep all 6 days.

Location in Poblenou was prime. Walking about the area there were a lot of nearby coffee shops/etc. Staff were super helpful regarding questions before and during stay. The apartment was clean and tidy

It felt a little cold in the living room when you turned off the air conditioning, maybe because there was a big vent and the couch was so close to it. Also, the couch was too close to the TV furniture when pulled out to go to sleep. You could not walk behind it or in front of it, so it got a little tricky if we needed to get something from the kitchen. In the morning it was somewhat noisy. You could hear people from the bedroom, probably using the building elevator. Hot water would not last for all 4 adults and one child, so we had to take showers in turns, needing to wait for the boiler to reheat the water.

The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was close to the metro station, maybe 10 min walking distance, and close to shops and restaurants. I liked the fact that we could make self check-in and the fact that we could store our luggage at the office reception the day we departed. For those visiting when it is warm outside, a bonus would be close proximity to the beach. We did not have time to go there, but maybe next time 😀. The bathroom was spacious.

It was a bit cold. It was not easy to heat the apartment with the AC only.

The location is excellent. El Poblenou is a beautiful part of the city with very good restaurants and shops. It is not overcrowded and has a pleasant pedestrian zone. The beach is 3 minutes from the apartment and right in the pedestrian zone.

It is a souterrain apartment partially, so you need to go a few stairs down and so you arrive into the kitchen, and then there are 14 stairs up to the bedroom and bathroom. And that is why it is cold down. This might be comfortable in summer times.

There are a supermarket, pharmacy, pubs around, it is quiet. 5 minutes to the beach and also just a few minutes to the bus goes to the inner city. We were traveling with our adult child, so the single bed was perfect for her. The main bedroom is spacious, in case someone would be travelling with a baby and and would want an extra baby bed in there.

Few meters from Bogattel beach and still well conected to the city center via H16 busline or Metro with stations in comfortable walking distance from the appartments - it was just an great option.

The elevator was broken after our first day of staying and was not fixed, we had to used the stairs for the whole stay.

Doors to outside in bathroom and 2nd child bedroom should be lockable.

Every night, even when we were out, we received a message complaining about noise. I would call back asking the reason, and there was never an explanation, the staff could not explain why the messages were sent. Very annoying.

It is not for 4 people, sofa couch is broken not possible to sleep confortabile. We need to remove mattress and put on floor. And fridge makes a lot of loud noises, not possible to sleep well due the sound.

We were on the ground floor so there was low light from the living room and kitchen and no balcony.

The apartment was only 10 minutes from the beach and in the centre of Poblenou which although away from the main tourist hotspots was much more peaceful. Metro station was a 10 minute walk. All amenities were provided. Reception was not too hard to find although we had some help from the taxi driver.

We were satisfied with the apartment. We had everything we needed. We also had a small balcony where we enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. And again, there is something interesting to look at. There are also good cafes and restaurants. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach. Communication with the staff was good. They were kind. We arrived outside reception opening hours, but there were no problems entering the apartment. Everything was as in the instructions we received. It also meant a lot to us that we could leave our suitcases in their office after check out.  Povratne informacije
