Shower was tiny, could not enter, we had an issue of really loud disturbance at night with other guest, but nothing to do with the hotel.

The best location possible in Madrid, safe sector, and the best things to visit in the city, if you like to walk, you can go everywhere, totally recommended.

Space was very compressed. Even paying extra for a larger room, every square millimeter was used, leading to an awkward setup with the fold-out desk blocking the door, and not enough outlets close to the desk. However, given the price ration at this location, it was still a good value for the money.

Location was excellent. Amenities like free tea and coffee capsules and free high-speed internet were very appreciated. Room decor is modern and clean.

Rooms are really small and the window can't be opened for more than 2-3 cm because the bed is blocking in.

Very central (5 mins walk to Prado museum, 15 minutes walk to Plaza mayor). There is a great place to have breakfast on the ground floor of the building. Although there is no reception, communication was super quick and easy and staff was really nice and friendly.

The walls between rooms are thin, you can hear all activities. The shower stall is very very small, not suitable for anyone above a medium size.

Great location for sights and eats, very secure especially for female solo travellers. Room size was bigger than I expected based on photos, and I had a nice layout.

Location excellent. Our room was perfect, coffee machine & pods, milk etc.. great to have in your room. Water beautiful & hot for showering. The communal area a great facility, no fuss, easy stay! Would use again & recommend!

Had some tech issues.... The AC didn't work when I arrived and the TV also didn't work. They sent an AC tech quickly but the TV I didn't even realize until it was late and let them slide on it. Just told them to fix for the next guest.

Clean modern efficient and although all digital, the staff replies quickly to issues via WhatsApp

With there being no staff on the premises it made it hard to communicate if there was any problems. There’s an online chat but I didn’t find it very helpful when I contacted them about the AC being broken in our room - we ended up having to sleep with no AC (and no ventilation at all since the window faced the internal stairs) in 40 degree heat for 4 nights and they did nothing to help us.

It was very modern, well organised and clean. I liked that check-in and check-out was done digitally. The location was fantastic.

Extremely uncomfortable beds, we couldn’t sleep all night , noice on street is very loud too ( that’s why earplugs were next to beds ) and idea of fully glass toilet gives much less privacy in already small room

Upon arrival pass entry code didn't work, it took 1 hr to get a code to get in the room

Hotel had all the comfort you need, perfect location. Water and coffee available and nice kitchen to be shared with the other guests. Everything arranged via internet (no personell).
