Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast (included) is fair enough but should be improved, especially the coffee, to be at the same level of the rest. By the way, the coffe in such big carraffes is just terrible. Yet, the hotel have a functioning cafetteria in the same room, with a good coffee machine, so it is just a matter of make it functioning. More local products and better quality cheese and cold cuts would be commendable, also to elevate the hotel rating.
Perfect location just in front of a nice beach. Rooms are fresh (also AC is available but not really needed), silent, and dark: the perfect combination to sleep well. The staff is friendly and helpful. Cleaning is outstanding and done every day. Extremely good value for money.

Distance from boat access. Although taxi was available.
Very clean, comfortable beds, great view. Exceptional staff. Very kind and helpful. Provided picnic breakfast for our early morning boat ride.

insulation of rooms was non existent - so we were kept awake by. someone snoring in. the next room!!

Lack of hairdryers in rooms. Having to go out to the park to access breakfast. The insulation of the rooms seems a little weak, you can hear other guests talking loudly in the rooms next door.
Nice hotel, good location right in front of the sea. Average breakfast, little variety of fruit but overall a good breakfast. Staff is very attentive and always available. Facilities in general are good and of high quality.

Location. It was some distance from the centre.
The hotel was new, clean, comfortable. Staff accommodated us by letting us book in when we arrived in terrible weather.

Location was about 25 minute walk away from restaurants/cafés/supermarkets. The breakfast was included but not very fresh, hard bread and packaged products

Lovely family-run hotel with good amenities and a very extensive breakfast. There is a bar and a wonderful sitting room and terrace on the top floor. The sea is just across the road and the hotel runs a lovely beach bar that serves cold beers and cocktails. The beach is clean and safe for swimming. There is an outdoor sitting area under the vines in front of the hotel which is a very pleasant spot. Dinner is also available although we ate out. The rooms are small but very clean and perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to the town centre.

Our room was quite old. The furniture and the tiles were old fashioned.

A bit noisy. Walls are thin. A little far from town, adds some distance to your Camino.
