Breakfast was lovely. I asked for a gluten and lactose free option and I got everything I could have asked for!! The bungalow is comfy and spacious, bed extra comfortable, lovely terrace with a million dollar view. We even dipped in the pool :-)

The place is incredible, the nature, the landscape, the walks, the tranquillity. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, it is a place to rest. The breakfast for the price of the room is very good and the people are very close and friendly.

It was way too cold in January in the evening/night, radiators weren't powerful enough, the one in the bathroom didn't work. Went to bed fully dressed with two blankets..🥶 Staff never checked our Corona vaccinations! 🙈 Stuff was rude in the morning when we asked for cheese (not everyone is happy with a platter full of meat..) and basically threw some on the table.. 🙄

The view is wonderfull and the bungalow funny when travelling with kid. I find the rate 111,00 euro +25,00 for an extra bed very high. Even without the surplus of 25,00 I would find the price steep for the basic accomodation and hard beds. Restaurant is good and people are kind.

The views of the mountains and sea are superb but the location is quit remote. You need a car for everything, but on the other side, you wake up with only the sound of birds. The bungalows are great and very beautiful. We were travelling with a baby so our own bungelow, with little livingroom and terrace was perfect to not bother any other guests with babynoises. The pool is small but has a perfect view to the sea, the staff is very friendly!

The location and views are amazing. The service was a little slow but there was only 1 person serving and he was doing his best and was a great waiter. (Both evening and breakfast waiter) The Deluxe Bungalow was beautiful and rustic and the little table and chairs out the front were amazing to sit and have a coffee after our evening meal. If we were to go again we would take a few bits to put in the fridge and some milk for tea and coffee and a large bottle of water. The evening meal was delicious. The breakfast was a standard breakfast; fresh bread, ham, salami, mixed fruit, Avocado and a selection of jam, marmalade and pate with a fresh cup of coffee. The swimming pool and sunbathing area is beautiful with views that money just can’t buy. We would definitely recommend to people. There is plenty of on site parking, free wifi and the place is very clean and tidy. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom which it didn’t state on the description so I took my own. They provide 2 towels per person (medium and small size) We took our own swimming/beach towel.

There is nothing I did not like about this place. The road to get to Los Caracoles is curvy and hilly but the reward is the view. The way from Torrox is even curvier and hillier, so be aware when choosing a way. It is a rural hotel and do not expect big city amenities, Instead, expect peace, beauty. and great service.

Loved the uniqueness of the place and the VIEW!!! IT HAS A PHENOMENAL VIEW. It was hard leaving the grounds because it is so peaceful and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious
