The hotel was very close to the sea. Very good room,food and cleaning very good. Always helping if we needed anything. We were close to walks, buses outside hotel and close to most everything. I would recommend it and I would return again soon... 😁💖

the entertainment was dire. the food was tasteless. the let a guide dog drink out of the coffee cups, and yes they did serve the dog with the cup. the beds were torture they were so hard.

There’s nothing not to like , it’s just a shame you loose the evening sun on the terrace, everyone fighting for the last corner round the pool

Nothing! Although me being really picky the bedrooms although extremely clean I would rate at 3 star and the corridors are dark grey and not very inviting. But do not let this put you off as the rest of the hotel makes up for this.

Hotel was in an excellent location for getting around, walking and for using public transport, which was literally outside the hotel. We had a room for three, which I guess was the same size as a double with an extra bed, but roomsize was fine. All beds were really comfortable with nice fresh bedding and towels every day. Breakfast and dinner of good quality and plentiful, which suited us for a few days, however would not have continued with evening meal if had been staying any longer as lots of other nice restaurants to eat. Pool was lovely with outstanding views looking over the sea and beach. There was lots of extra's such as an outdoor jacuzzi, pool table, table tennis and gymnasium. Also an indoor pool and spa which we didn't use as weather so nice. Staff were extremely professional and very helpful.

Felt nobody asked if we were enjoying our stay,or when we checked out if we had enjoyed our stay, it didn't seem to matter which surprised me,especially as our comments would have been most favourable but we didn't get the chance!!!

Everything about the hotel was good it's location, the food, the cleanliness,the amenities couldn't complain. The barstaff especially one girl don't know her name but she she had Wednesday night off so she knows who she is! The entertainment was good and the team who ran it were brilliant. All who worked in the dining room were most helpful,the chefs waiting staff and maitre d were really nice and very good at their jobs. The girl who cleaned the room was most friendly and excellent at her job. Would definitely recommend 👌.

nothing really, the hotel was really lovely

the view from the room was beautiful although it would have been nice to have been allocated this room from the start, getting a room allocated originally with views over the car park was not great, however, as soon as i spoke with reception they kindly moved us further along the corridor nearer to the sea side view.

I thought some of the breakfast items were cold and think this was because the containers they were in dont retain heat very well. Strange how on our holiday a couple of different people in the resort having asked us where we were staying mentioned how they had heard the food in the hotel had gone off its normal standards.whilst we found the food good i can understand where a couple of little changes may lift the food quality again ie i thought putting burgers,small loin chops and tiny little bits of flash frying steak options on the hot cooking counter were poor options for a 4 star hotel.Also the bacon for a hotel of older people in my opinion was too fatty and should be of a uk standard of cut and should be cooked more .

Cleanliness all round .although i did have to tell reception of mouldy bath sealant which was re done the same day but i am sure you would agree for a 4 star hotel this problem should be picked up in a room check and not by a guest. The entertainment staff especially the lady who carried out the relaxation classes and evening entertainment is so enthusiastic she deserves credit.

The last morning of our stay we were down for breakfast at eight o’clock which was the opening time and all the hot food wasn’t every item of cooked food was stone cold so my question is how long had it been standing like that. We were tight on time as needed to get to the airport so just made do.

The buffet food was never hot enough for my taste. Food not straight off the griddle at the show cooking station was also cold.

The location is fantastic. Rooms are comfortable with massive beds. The poolside restaurant was excellent, but unfortunately we didn’t discover until the last night.
