We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Hotel is a good 4 Star, its location is excellent with a 15 minute walk into the centre. For me the parking was excellent with a 2.4 height so perfect if travelling in a van! Breakfast was excellent, great choice

SpainFor the first time we have a complaint about the bed. We had a double bed which made a lot of noise and apart from that if either myself or my husband moved, the other person felt it. We both didn´t sleep well. In May we are back in Granada but this time I will consider booking another hotel.
We have stayed here now several times as the hotel has a great location to visit the city. The reception at the hotel always is very welcoming and they offer a parking space for 18€ a day at the hotel itself. This time we didn´t have breakfast as we left early to go skiing at Sierra Nevada, but we have had it on other occasions and I can only recommend it.

This is a comfortable if somewhat corporate hotel on the outskirts of town. It has its own underground parking (@18 eur per night) The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

GibraltarRooms were far too warm and the AC was not blowing cold air. Opened the window but ridiculously noisy with night club opposite. Breakfast was not up to 5 star standard. The hot food was all stone cold. No big plates.
Good location close to ring road but walkable to city centre. Parking very easy. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room clean. Nice bar.

Arrived at the hotel early for check in as our flight was a morning one. Only expected to drop our bags off, however our room was already ready and on arrival at the hotel we were informed we had received a complimentary upgrade that included a free gift and breakfast. The staff were super helpful and friendly and the breakfast was also very good. A bottle of champagne and a chocolate platter was delivered to our room free of charge which was super cool and appreciated & upon leaving we received a small gift bag so all in all a very good stay!

SpainThe fact that there were complimentary water bottles only on arrival. We also stayed at other 5 star hotels and they offered us daily complimentary water bottles.
Everything was very good! The staff were friendly and helpful from the start and the superior double room we booked was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also great as there was a bit of everything and the chef was really kind.
