I'd suggest to add amenity kitt (toothbrush/paste) and fix the small mirror light

Got room upgrade on arrival, room was clean, comfy, bed was so good, bathroom as well with jacuzzi option. Sound proof, nice tv screen and amazing position.

This hotel was everything that a boutique Paris hotel should be! It was quaint, charming, and luxurious all at the same time. The staff were so friendly and accommodating- they even packed us a continental breakfast picnic to go one morning as we were on our way to the Louvre. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The room could have been a bit larger.

The staff was exceptional they went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. The beds were very comfortable and the locations was great close to the museums it was quiet and close to restaurants and shopping.

It was perfect

I loved Academie Hotel Saint Germain. The location is absolutely perfect, and it was so sweet, pretty and reasonable. I love to try new hotels, but I just recommended this to a friend and I’ll definitely stay here next time I come to Paris.

The interior door handles were old and loose, and the bathroom door handle even fell off. The fridge wasn’t working properly — we bought cold drinks from outside expecting the fridge to keep them chilled, but instead, it made them warm.

The staff were very nice and friendly, especially the lady manager, who kindly gave us a big and comfortable room. The breakfast was good, and the property is located in a quiet area, which made our stay pleasant.

Beautiful hotel in 7th arrondissement. Close to lots of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. 10 min walk to the Louvre. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. And breakfast was easy and delicious.

I would have preferred the breakfast to be hotter and freshly topped up. Particularly the eggs and potatoes

The front end staff were very helpful with arranging transportation and suggesting restaurants. The hotel is very clean and tastefully decorated in old world Parisian charm. The location is central to everything you may want to see. Walking distance to many landmarks, museums and attractions.

I didn’t like that I only got to stay three nights!

We loved the location, so close to the Metro, just across the river from the Louvre, easy walking distance to amazing sites, and incredible food. The staff were super friendly on arrival, the room was lovely, with everything you needed and the bath had a bubble function which was very relaxing.

The room was quite small but we were out exploring all day so it didn’t make much difference to our vacation.

While the desk clerk was helpful in giving us information about where to catch a train to Versailles, the station that she directed us to was closed for several weeks.

The hotel was close to some very nice restaurants. The staff is very friendly and anxious to please.

Small hallways, small rooms. We had initially booked the Classic room but double bed felt small, and if you travel with two large suitcases it’s tight. We upgraded to a Junior suite - with not the best view but the extra space was definitely worth it.

The staff was fantastic. They were helpful with transportation needs and recommendations. They went above and beyond for service. The location was in central St. Germain des Pres for easy access to sites and transportation for buses and metro.
