I have bites all over my body same like my husband. We truly believe our hotel room (23) was full of bed bugs as we know this is common issue in Paris. We contacted the reception but the receptionist only looked at us and did nothing. So an entire experience was destroyed with this little issue... we had to immediately wash everything in 60 deg C and now we hope our house won't get bed bugs... when we got out from the hotel there were already 3 mattresses next to bins ... guess what... bed bugs? Terrible.

Location was relatively good, the room was better than expected when it comes to the size and the bathroom.

The room was small but manageable.

The room is small but if you are organised in packing and unpacking and compartmentalize, it's perfect. The bed was comfortable and not too cushiony. Enough light . Bathroom had a tub and running hot water. Room was cleaned everyday. Metro is a minute walk. Nearby grocery and cafes. Staff very polite and helpful. Wifi worked very well. 24hrs room access Totally safe. For the location and the practicality, perfect.

the window wasn't closing properly so the bedroom was cold and didn't have a heater to warm up, the bathroom was ok but didn't had curtains so the floor get wet during shower.

The reception was very basic, when you leave you need to leave your room key, at the night time when you come back there's a staff sleep in a mattress behind the reception, he even came with the zipper of his trousers opened and bare feet to open the door. The lift was slow and very dirty, all the corridors weren't clean smelling cigarette, the bedroom was smelling cigarettes too and the toilet comes a bad smell too when you flush. The shower doesn't have a support, you need to seat inside the bath and hold the dush for shower. We found 2 small cockroaches in the room. We did avoid as much as we could stay in the room during our visit. The toilet there's no light on the sealing only on the mirror and there are only two plugs to charge your phone far from the bed.

Dirty carpets, few towels or hangers. Litter outside bedroom window. Bathroom lacked cleaning on back of bathroom door. No bath plug. Bedside light bulb broken or missing. Our 1st room we were directed to had not been cleaned since last guest used it... however the next room offered had a clean tiled floor and good bed and linen and it did look like they were redecorating hallways during our stay.

Matress,, cotton sheet, quiet night's sleep. Great location.

Staff and location was great, 50m from the subway train no12 that takes you directly to the center of Paris. Do not take me wrong, it is a cheap hotel, but you get wat you pay for. We needed a clean place to sleep and hot wather. The bead sheets and towels were changed every day and the staf was very friendly. My wife is a clean-freak (germofob) and she did not complain.
