Bathroom/shower areas, could be upgraded a level to match the quality of the rooms, TV device connectivity didn't work and TV struggled to locate its TV stations, suggest upgrade here for price of hotel. Building site out front but recognise this wll be complete quite soon by the looks of things

Shuttle service was fantastic, the best we have seen in the Alps, we hardly waited at all, drivers were excellent, Joel looked after us. Reception and Restaurant areas, very welcoming, Max looked after us very well at the bar

Fabulous views over Megeve and the mountains beyond. Very helpful staff who sorted out (at late notice) our transfer to and from the airport. We had a ski injury and they really helped with the logistics of that too, via their free shuttle buses. Thank you.

During the afternoon when the swimming pool was crowded the staff never came to clean and freshen the towels or toilets

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I expected better and could put me off staying again. A mattress topper could solve that problem. Also the hairdryer in the bathroom barely worked!

we don´t have any complains, honestly. Maybe just the last day of breakfast they ran out of Pain au chocolat. But other than that, everything was beyond good!

We loved the new restaurant Ciel where breakfast is served. The view to the the mountains completely covered in white snow is amazing! We loved the afternoon where you can get your crepes and delicious cookies with a hot chocolate! And a bonus for us as a family is to have the possibility to leave the kids to play a little while in the Kids Club area where the hostess is really sweet and has fun activities for the children.

Maintenance issues on the property like a clogged shower, however the staff were very responsive. Low overhead beams in upper floor of 209… remember to duck!

The staff are amazing and friendly and helpful, best I’ve ever experienced. Very cosy, with nice reception area to relax and enjoy a drink. Shuttle service is great to town and ski slopes. Breakfast is really great! Great kids club, nice pool and a hot tub spa.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the hotel. Maybe don't allow children in the jacuzzi. Could put a sign up. We had three young children in it with us, note very relaxing. Minor complaint, everything else was wonderful.

This hotel is beautiful, decor is lovely and spa, gym, restaurant excellent. We had a suite overlooking the town and mountains and we were very pleased with it. Good size, handy having the kitchen area, the bathroom was large and the bed very comfortable. Good choice at breakfast, if a little pricey, wonderful food for dinner. Special mention to the wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face from Reception, Luggage, Cleaners and restaurant/bar staff. Would definitely recommend. The shuttle busses are very regular and not far out of town or from the ski lifts. We were celebrating a special occasion and would like to thank the hotel for making it special and to the restaurant staff for the singing! Thank you to everyone. Make sure you have euros for taxi to airport, would not take credit card.
