The staff was really sweet. The rooms are rather small but we unpacked what we needed and managed to make it work for us. There is a very small lift, but it does the trick. The breakfast looked great and we were given a croissant one day that was left over which was awesome. Coffee machine is available free of charge at any hour. The hotel is generally lovely and has many restaurants and shops next door. Location is also convenient

Pillows were really uncomfortable and the cupboard was not tall enough for me to hang dresses or, if I did, the cupboard doors would not close and the cupboard lights remained on all night.

Room very small - too small for two travellers who were not a couple. I booked twin beds as travelling with my niece but they were very close together.

Good location near to metro in an area with lots of bars and restaurants. Clean with nice bathroom with good shower. Great breakfast. Tea and coffee available in breakfast room 24 hours for free. Very friendly staff.

Noise x small area for clothes

Hotel was nice bed comfy but room was small x not much space for clothes. Room was noisy with road traffic. Location was ok with lots of restaurants about but quite acwalk to main attractions x so needed to use taxis

Room size. TV on wall at foot of bed too close and keep banging into. Two suitcases and two carry one left virtually no floor space Elevator had no room for us and luggage. Took two trips If you need to completely unpack no place for clothes

Room was very small. Not so bad as we didn't spend a lot of time in there. It is on a busy main road so traffic and people noise is obviously to loud. Metro also runs under the hotel! Walls are thin so you can hear other guests getting up, going out etc. things like this don't really bother me but for others I appreciate it could be the reason to book or not.

Receptionist was very friendly and let us store our luggage as we arrived too early for checking in. Even offered us tea and coffee if we liked. Only staying one night nice clean room had all the necessities even hair dryer.

For our room at least, the toilet was right next to the entrance and the ventilation wasn’t the best, so it sometimes had that toilet smell when entering the room. It didn’t last the whole time when in the room.

Excellent location, comfy beds and very friendly and helpful staff. The location really is fantastic, with multiple metro lines and lots of restaurants, shops and bakeries nearby.

It didn’t matter to us but the road is quite busy so could hear sirens in the night and the metro underneath at times, but as I say it didn’t matter to us but it might to others with young children etc.

The location was fantastic with a metro so close and the staff were so friendly. The room was a little small but perfect for what we needed and the beds and pillows were the comfiest I’ve ever slept on! Clean and clean fresh bathroom. Lovely hot shower.
