Breakfast could be improved (wate for eggs was insufficient to cook correctly the eggs). Not easy to find the dishes, hidden.

Localisation was just perfect to visit and for waiting the return boat. Staff is friendly Diner was very good value for money, we enjoyed it.

Nothing specifically about the property. Though we were woken at 3am by a fire alarm due to guests in adjoining room smoking! So a bit of a sleepless night due to inconsiderate fellow guests. Hopefully they received a stiff fine. The evacuation was a bit chaotic. Some guests (like us), duly assembled in the muster area whilst a number of others decided to wander into town and others decided to stay in their rooms and stare out of their windows. No staff from the hotel seemed to really take control or issue/communicate any clear instructions which was a concern, especially had there been a real fire.

Fabulous, commanding location at the centre of the port. Lovely views from room over quayside. Comfortable, bijoux rooms, tastefully decorated. Real buzz about the place. Wonderful.

Shame the restaurant closed on Saturday and Sunday nights.

Perfect location opposite the ferry arrival in the harbour. Friendly staff. Secure luggage room if arriving early. stylish decor. Comfortable bed. Ask for room overlooking harbour, perfect for people watching. Love.y and area. Breakfast was excellent,lent, loved the make your own pancake station and homemade jams.

The entrance and reception area was not obviuous and a little confusing. We walked around the building and even went to the back alley. We finally figured out one needs to be checked in through the restaurant area.

The location is great as it is right by the ferry terminal. It is also close to other restaurants and the rental car company. The room is on the smaller side but very clean and sufficient for our one night stay. Staff are friendly.

Stayed here before, lovely hotel right next to where the ferry docks. You can sit outside and watch the world go by in the busy little port. Rooms are ideal and very clean.

we booked quite late and had an accessible room which felt a bit sparsely furnished (to cater for wheelchairs) - but still had good natural light and a sneaky harbour view. it was totally fine for our needs but maybe lacked a little of the character of the period / historic rooms in the old building

amazing location and base to explore the island by bike. we were happy we stayed in town! great restaurant location and first floor breakfast view!

I would describe this as a boutique hotel. We stayed in room 18, second floor of the annexe. Redeveloped in a modern, minimalist style, but not to my taste. No bedside tables, shelves built into the headboard too far away from bed to reach, so book, spectacles, etc. ended up on the floor. Bathroom door half glazed, not acceptable. Shower was impossible to use as fixed in position and, turned on fully, sprayed all over the floor. No lift is available in the annexe, and stairs are steep. I would advise anyone elderly to be sure to ask for a room in the main building.

Situation immediately on the Quay, impossible to miss. Seaview room overlooking the ferry. Cleanliness of the room. Comfortable bed. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Close to the departure point for Le Grand Tour.
