We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I travelled with my older parents and brother to Rome last week. All of us absolutely loved our stay at the EVE guest house. You can’t ask for a better accommodation in the heart of Rome within walking distance to all the great sites. The apartment was exceptionally clean. It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay with family. The kitchen is beautiful and functional with everything one may need. The beds and linens were clean and adequate for November weather in Rome. The WiFi service was great. The transfer service back and forth to the airport was on point. The location is excellent with a taxi stand, numerous restaurants, a fruteria and grocery stores within a stone’s throw away. Our hosts Valentina and Giulio were very responsive and caring of our needs and answered all our questions before the trip. Big thanks to them both! Special thanks also to Diego and Grazia for their support and help during our time in Rome. It meant a lot! I’ll book this property again next time I’m in my most favorite destination in Europe - the most beautiful and eternal city Rome.

Fantastic location just round the corner from the Trevi Fountain. Restaurants on the doorstep and a great buzz. Apartment met our needs with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Met on our arrival and handed the keys and given basic information regarding the apartment which was all we needed. Highly recommend if you want to stay in a central location.

The central location and the size of the apartment made it very comfortable for our family of 4. The host was very responsive and provided lot of things which we had requested for. It’s perfect stay for Rome being centrally located and enough space and new facilities.

AustraliaThere was only 1 thing I didn’t like - it was particularly cold the 4 nights we were in Rome. Unfortunately, there are currently gas/electricity restrictions in Rome and between April and November, you cannot put the heater on. Sadly we felt a bit cold. So be prepared for that if you come to Rome - but nothing at all the property could do about the law for the area.
The location was unbelievable. Downstairs were some great restaurants and it was so close to Trevi Fountain. The apartment was clean and beautiful. Had everything you could require. The staff were very helpful and set us up with a group chat a little bit before we arrived to Rome. If we had any questions we messaged and were helped straight away.
