They had to change the key card twice because it didn’t work.

Fast check in, very friendly staff (a guy who was worked in the afternoon shift was very gentle at the check out) they let you keep your luggage and they have outlet at the reception where you can charge your phone while you wait for check in or check out. I would definitely come back!

Not all the people was nice. My window was broken with a lot of noise outside, and no one seems to care. I stood there for 10 days on a heat wave and I was able to get a fan for my night number 6. It was bad.

Could've done with an extra socket near the TV as had to choose between fan or tv. Some (extra) bath mats/towels for the shower room would be useful as previous guests left the floor soaking wet. Was expecting more from the Banksy themed room other than a framed print on the wall.

Location was excellent, staff super helpful and polite. Booked a single room and it was a good size. Bed comfy. Shower was very powerful and bathrooms were kept clean and well stocked at all times. It was very hot during my stay (no aircon) but staff managed to procure a fan for my room which helped. Lots of places to eat out within a 5 min walk and handily close to two metro stations.

There was a heatwave, so the room was hot, but not much the hotel could do about that.

Great location in a lovely district with lots of places to eat and drink close by. The bed sheets were changed frequently during my stay.

The WiFi is a bit sketchy so ok for social stuff but not work. It’s quite warm in summer on the top floor so won’t suit people who feel the heat too much.

It’s central, and good value for money. It’s a basic hotel (I stayed in a single room at the top so can’t speak to the rest) so don’t expect a fancy place. Amazing location. Lovely staff

Unfortunately the bed is super squeaky. Very unfortunate if you are staying with your partner. Also it‘s not very comfortable. The hotel has no AC. We stayed in June there and the temperature in the room was hot 🔥🔥🔥 The showerhead in the bathroom was leaking so it was hard to not flood the bathroom while showering.

The design of the hotel is super cool. The location very central. You can walk to most sights in Paris. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

But the room was really small with no airconditioning and it was very hot. Another negative is that there was no ventilation in the bathroom and no mirror in the room.

The staff was friendly and helpful.The room was clean, fresh towels every day. The location is great, close to 3 metro lines and many options for eating out really close.
