United KingdomThere is no standard iron in each room as you’d find in most hotels, also during our first morning there were no eggs and the coffee/hot drinks machine was not working correctly. When I inquired with the kitchen staff about this they simply just said they had no more eggs, despite the fact they could have made a fresh batch.
The property was close to a wedding that we were attending. Also it’s right on a main roundabout which is great and easy to find. I found the reception staff in particular to be amazing and very attentive to our needs and questions. Also special mention to the young guy with the curly Afro, he helped answer a lot of my questions.

United KingdomScrambled egg is not eatable as its soggy, wet and not made from real eggs. it doesn't taste kike eggs - taste like milk powder. strange that dinner service offers nice omelette from real eggs but hotel cannot afford to cook real eggs. One of the mornings Sausages were half cooked and raw, and there was no nuts and oats or any cornflakes to eat.
Coffee and chicken and bread and cheese is always nice. Also some mornings pastry is really good but not the same every morning.

GreeceVery amateur staff, the receptionist (trainee) could not find our bookings, had to wait for 20' for a more experienced receptionist to arrive. The coffee we had during this waiting time was charged all the same, I was (fulishly) expecting it to be complementary for the delay. Also had to wait some more time for them to find some change from a 20€ bill. Restaurant staff careless and indifferent, during dinner they mixed the orders, were extremely slow and not paying attention to the tables. In the breakfast buffet, no-one bothered to check what was empty, clients had to ask for the staf to replace the empty dishes and pots. Dished and leftovers were not removed from the tables during breakfast, had to clean my table by myself.

It's a classic business hotel. Newer rooms are modern and comfortable. Older rooms on the upper floors are basic. The restaurant is good and they offer a fast and friendly service. The bar is enjoyable too.

ItalyThe reception desk doesn't exist, the overall condition of the structure, there's not even a bottle of water in the room. Question raised at the reception was: "is it faster with Uber or Taxi to get the airport friday morning?" had no answer.
Overall this is an acceptable Hotel, rooms are OK, services are overall fine. Compared to international standards, considering the age of the structure and the missing maintenance visible on several parts, this would be a three stars hotel far from being a four stars.
