Tiny box of a room Horrible surrounding area to hotel

The second bed wasn't really a bed- pull out couch with an extremely old/not firm mattress.

Front desk staff was so amazing and friendly- he was very welcoming to my entire family.

Had some issues with the airco the first day. But they got it fixed the next day. But did not even provide compensation for the airco not working on the first night with over 22degrees outside

Good location for Gare du Nord. The map here is misleading. Come out of the main entrance of the station (the one with the impressive facade). Turn left and walk to the end of the block. Turn left into Rue du Fauborg, and the hotel's on the right-hand side towards the far end. A very convenient location, handy for the station and the Montmartre area, and very comfortable. Staff were very welcoming. Plenty of shops and restaurants around

There is construction going on in the facility, mainly the lobby area. Entrance to the hotel is a little obscured and Booking.com had the address listed incorrectly.

The room was nice, albeit somewhat small like most European hotels, but it had air conditioning, which was a bonus! Breakfast was good.

The staff named Jose is very kind and courteous. He opened the breakfast table for us at exactly 06:30 as it said in the terms. I told him that our train leaves early and if we can have early breakfast. He was very accommodating. J give him 5 star

Would not say we didnt like room which was small but ideal for what we needed which was a good sleep after a long day travelling

Spacious room with a bath and a proper double bed instead of the two single beds.

The room was too small but clean. Staff was very friendly. I didn't like the room as it was very noisy and very small for a family room. Breakfast was served very limited.

Rooms are alittle small and can feel cramped But not the end of the world

Small room. Seen better days. Transparent toilet door. No curtains in bathroom. Impossible to block out street noise and light. Expected better from Best Western and for that price.

The road is very loud with sirens all night. There’s no temperature control in the room. The lift cannot fit a wheelchair

I guess the area was not that fancy but food around was good. The room was a bit small but that is what you get in Paris.

It was really quiet. I managed to catch up with some missed sleep and rest between train journeys. I loved the late check out and I was pleased I could check in a little earlier than the actual check in time. The room had everything needed, good lighting, clean kettle coffee and a selection of teas. The room had also a very comfy and large bed.

Refreshments not replaced everyday. the lift is so tight.

Location is very convenient as it is near the Garu De Nord Station. towels replaced everyday even if doesnt need to.
