Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything met or exceeded my expections, so there's nothing we did not like.
Great location, good sound insulation. We had a junior suite and it was very pleasant : bath AND shower, very clean, and two closets to hang our clothes (in other hotels we always have to request more hangers for our clothes). Staff were very pleasant, efficient and helpful.

The room we stayed was extremely small (13sqm). So if you have 2 luggages (we were staying for 6days) you actually do not have space to stand up in the room. We requested a bigger one and they changed us immediately (very positive!) but still it was 13,2 sqm.
Very polite and helpful staff. Great breakfast with fresh croissants, bread selection of cheese and ham, crepes, waffles etc. Very clean rooms with everyday cleaning. Great location with 2 metro stations very close, 15min on foot from Louvre! Surrounded from restauranta and bars for a quick dinner / drink. Very quiet during night we had long and deep sleep.

It is pleasure for me to write this recommendation on the lovely gramont hotel, We staid at gramont hotel for 6 days, Great location, great staff ,were all available for us 24/7, on any request, We all felt like at home with this worm and family team of gramont hotel, Great room, spacious and new, and clean, Great and tasty breakfast, We would be pleased to come back again soon. Nothing. It was as expected. Its a good 4 star hotel.
The room was very comfortable for a family of 4. The hotel was very clean and it in a quiet location but still near to the centre. The staff were great. Very helpful and courteous.

we find the room a bit too warm but the temp control doesn’t allow us to lower the heat. we had to sleep with the window opened to keep temp at our comfortable level. but the street is rather noisy at night. wish we can control the heat temp of the room.
good location. situation on a quiet street but easy access to everything. friendly staff.

The foyer doesn't have the same style as the rest of the hotel. Hopefully that will be upgraded too.
We arrived very late on a Wednesday evening and were greeted warmly by Theo. The room was stylish with beautiful curtains, carpet and wallpaper and had a very comfortable bed with a super warm doona and a bottle of filtered water which was topped up every day. The bathroom was well appointed and clean and lots of hot water. Everything worked well. The room was made every day and cleaned very well. The location was excellent. It's very central and just a 15 minute walk from The Louvre. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel. The breakfast was substantial and the staff were wonderful. Theo, Justine and all the staff we met were really friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are very comfy and the hotel is very well located, the area is very quite at night. Cédric was very friendly and attentive, also the rest of the team. I fully recommend staying here!

the bed is too small
the location is right next to opera garnier, place vendome and Galleries Lafayette. we booked a room with terrace and it was very clean. the staff are super friendly and helpful especially Justine and Jessica, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel
