Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

It’s in a good and safe location. We could walk to Galeries Lafayette in ten minutes.

Phone not working. Need to go down personally to concierge to request for toothbrush and only had 1 for me and my husband to share. Floor in room wasn't vacuum like other hotels. I bought.a pack of chewing gum and had one. But left half a pack when I came back. I even shared my bakes from le cordon bleu with the night shift and morning shift guys and a chamber maid but not sure why this happened thought it was a big thing. But we did lost trust due to this. There is only 1 bottle of drinking water for both of us on first day and. Non provided there after. We need to get our own drinking water from nearby store. No kettle to boil water. Coffee machine is complimentary but not working. No hair conditioner.
The space and the big window which I could open for fresh air

Nothing, generally we liked it. Maybe, There could be more food options for Muslims. We are not eating pork. You can have beef products for breakfast.
There is a man from Banglades at the reception. He is so nice and helpful. Hotel manager , too. Generally personel was so nice. Since it was my birthday, they gave me a higher segment room and a gift. The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is very close to metro stations and historical places. There was a breakfast buffet (19 eur). We take it because there was so many delicious option. Our room was so comfortable, clean and wide. Generally we liked it. If we'll visit to Paris, we'll choise this hotel again. Thanks for everything.

The lobby needs an update
The room was so beautiful and cozy! Very nice design and the bed was soooo comfortable! I’ve slept like a baby for 3 nights there! The location is great, walking distance to Opera Garnier, Galleries Lafayette, Place Vendome, Faubourg Saint Honore. I’m very pleased with the choice I’ve made when I booked this boutique hotel.

The only thing that I would note is that the breakfast is kind of expensive, they used us around 20€ a person for each day, which is a lot. I did not see or experience it, but I think even if it was the best breakfast in the world it would be better to just look for a bar/cafe around the city for breakfast.
The Hotel is in an awesome position near the Opera, by foot you could reach most of the attraction in the north-east side of the city, and the were two metro stations nearby (5 min max by foot). The staff was super friendly, they allow to leave them the baggages if needed. I stayed there for 2 night during the weekend, and when we arrived we were offered an upgrade to a superior room free of charge, since it was available, and it was an awesome. The room was huge, clean and had a nice view on a nice street of the city. Even tho we were close to the street it was not noisy at all (consider that it was not a body period of the year, and the ratio of electric cars to gasoline ones is really high). Overall it was a super nice experience, would definitely come back here, the price is not that low but for a stay of few days it is definitely worth it. Would recommend.

Mattress was ok , it was a little uncomfortable. But most things were great
It was a great location and the staff were pretty good . Especially the lady on reception on Saturday morning around 11am. She was very friendly and helpful . Not so much the lady when we left on Sunday morning she was very short and didn’t really want to help . Overall a lovely stay , room was great and the facilities were Modern .

The hall areas were a little dark and the fittings a bit worn. The key pad cover kept falling off my daughters' room door (504)
The location was great and the rooms were pleasantly decorated and very comfortable. I particularly liked the Nuxe products in the bathroom and the selection of organic wine in the lobby.

The lobby can be improved, but it serves its purpose well.
Location is wonderful. The staff are so helpful and cheerful. Maria took really good care of us, she is an excellent receptionist/hotel manager.

Everything was fine
From the moment we entered the hotel, Majedur and Maria greeted us with exceptional warmth and hospitality. Their genuine smiles and friendly demeanor made us feel immediately welcome. Additionally, they offered us a discount on the upgrade. The hotel itself is incredibly cozy and well maintained. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable and really enhanced our overall experience. We felt comfortable and at ease throughout our three-day stay, allowing us to fully enjoy our mini-vacation.
