However, the elevator was very small and there was no sound insulation between rooms.

Great location, just a few steps from the Champs-Élysées. The hotel offered a comfortable stay and convenient access to many attractions, with daily water provided in eco-friendly carton packs. The room had air conditioning, which was a great bonus, making the stay even more comfortable.

The only downside was that the fire alarm was sounded as someone burnt some toast for breakfast. We rushed downstairs to find that the staff were totally nonplused and just sat doing their jobs, this is fine but the alarm was sounded and we were not the only resident rushing from their rooms (some in their night clothes). The staff should have has a process in place for this or at least followed the fire drill?? Room was on the small side - but it is Paris.

The location was great just off of the Champs Elysee and as we were they for the final stage of the Tour de France it was perfect! Really friendly night reception staff - we arrived after 11pm and they could not have been more helpful.

Cramped elevator, inconvenient but charming

Great location, breakfast and friendly staff in an old but remodeled hotel. We were on the 6th floor and there was AC and the water got hot.

Room was tiny. We couldn’t even open our suitcases. This has to be done every time we needed to get anything out. The bathroom was reasonable, although the shower screen leaked onto the floor.

It was a great location. Only 50 metres from champs Elysees .

The location is outstanding for a first trip to Paris. It’s an easy walk to all the major sites. It’s not supper fancy, but it was clean and comfortable.

Rooms were slightly small but managable, I believe many are in paris. The lift was slow

the location was a big selling point. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable and quiet at night. The Air con was a nice addition as the weather was hot during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

The main entrance is locked all day. The front desk opens the entrance for the guests, but only one person at the front desk at night, sometimes we had to wait for a few minutes.

Strong A/C. Comfortable beds. The room and bathroom were very clean. It's very interesting to have the sunroof. Complimentary water in carton packaging provided everyday. a couple minutes walking to Galeries Lafayette Champs-Élysées. About 10 minutes walking to the Arc de Triomphe. Dior museum is also only a few minutes walking distance. Kmart across the street has yammy take away Korean food.

Bed and pillows aren’t the most comfortable but I’m picky anyway.

Clean room in a fantastic location. All the staff were extremely friendly, especially since we didn’t speak french.

Rooms are very small, we managed somehow. We booked a triple room. Lift very small, and only 1 lift, we just about managed to get in with our small suitcases. The telephone in our room was dusty, other than that, all good.

Location was excellent, walking distance to most places. Staff were excellent dealt with issues professionally, the fire alarm was set off one night 2am, because one of the guest was smoking in the room, this woke everyone up and we all went downstairs, the night staff apologised numerous times and told us it was safe to go back to the room. Another night, we were woken up 4ish as some guests were talking loudly in the hallway, I contacted reception who came up to send the guests back to the room, however they came back out again and I could hear crying from the room, I called reception again, he came up again and send them back to the room, I could still hear them from my room although now they were inside the room. This had ruined our short break, as we were very tired during the day! I was offered complimentary breakfast but I refused as it was our last day and we were checking out, we had made plans for breakfast outside. This was appreciated but I think a discount could have been offered or the tourism fee could have been waived.

Nothing, everything was fine.

We stayed in April 2025 and we loved it. The check-in process was smooth and comfortable, and the hotel itself was excellent—clean, quiet, and super cozy. Even though we were right in the middle of everything, the hotel is on a quiet street, which was super convenient for getting around. The location was just perfect. We also had a fridge, which was great for storing some food. The bed was soft and clean, and overall, we had no complaints at all. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris! Amazing location , a step from the Champs Élysées. Room big enough for two, good bathroom, spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast, a number of smaller sitting rooms for meeting up with friends. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Bathrooms were a little run down. Paint peeling off the ceilings. Had asked for a street view, got some buildings out the back
