The shower had absolutely no pressure to the point it was difficult to rince.

Bad smell in the reception, the reception man take deposit in the check in. But when check out came he said to me you didn’t put deposit. But when checked inside in another system. He said sorry, you have deposited.

The room was perfect, breakfast with many choices, near to the train stations.

The aircond in summer is not good enough. At 24 degrees, its still hot in the room for 4 of us and they gave us a fan. Maybe in summer reduce central temperature to 20 or so. I didnt think i’d pay for a fan to stay at novotel

Excellent location, close to the Montparnasse station, from there it was very easy to go everywhere by train, the facilities were clean and modern, the staff friendly, excellent for families as they have family suites, the breakfasts were rich and varied.

Small restaurant, crowdy at the mornings on breakfast time. Terrace was closed at the time, too cold. But on warmer mornings things are probably much better.

Strange odour in the lobby area that seemed to be coming from the toilets upstairs. It wasn’t good. Location near train station was handy

Good location to access famous tour spots using metro and bus. Enough room size to compare other hotel room.

The location is a bit removed from the main attractions, which might not suit those looking to explore the city on foot. Also, being right next to a train station, the noise (even late at night) was hard to ignore and did affect our sleep.

The hotel was very clean and clearly maintained with families in mind, making it a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, and the overall price felt fair for the quality and service provided.

It is a bit tight for 3 people but I guess it is Paris afterall. Also the surrounding is a bit sketchy. It is close to lots of restaurants so you never get hungry.

I like that there is a breakfast buffet. The place looks like a bat when you enter. It is close to the train station.

Irregular room cleaning hours, although the rooms are very clean. We believe that is due to high occupancy vs. number of staff. Room was too warm, felt like the thermostat wasn't working.

Location is 350 meters from Gare Montparnasse with excellent access to shops & of course to rail/metro/bus. It is about a minute's walk from Bus route 91. Lots of guests with kids & pets - family friendly. Liked the Nespresso machine at the room, the water fountain, and the room noise insulation. Quick check in and swift check out. Room was spacious Paris standard. Large Tv screen a plus.

For the price it was not good. Tired decor and furnishing within the room. Awkward to maneuver into the bathroom and toilet was located round the corner without a sink so had to go back and forth.

Room looked a bit tired and shabby. Lumpy pillows and air con control didn't work therefore the room was quite hot. Really didn't like the use of small paper cups for hot drinks and in the bathroom. Seems a bit contradictory to the effort to reduce plastic bottle use.

Good size and clean bed. Filtered water by lift is a good idea to reduce use of plastic bottles. Good breakfast. Good location near the railway station. Excellent night staff, very helpful when checking our luggage into lockers the day before checking in.
