Language problem , Novotel is a branded name did not expect staff to be not very well versed in English being such a touristy place.

The location of the hotel provides good accessibility to the metro station. Breakfast was very nice and had many options. Our dining experience was good.

Rooms were great with excellent upkeep. The sofa bed was just like a real normal bed, way better than other hotels across the world that we have stayed in. All in all it was a very comfortable stay, will for sure stay again when I visit Paris.

Nothing bad to say if I'm honest

Room was ready early so all good. Receptionist was very friendly. We had a family room, it was a little cramped but fine for 1 night. Separate toilet that was great but strange it had no sink to wash hands. Safe in the room with no charge to use. Overall a very pleasant stay, Close to gare de lyon we chose to get to Disney the next day

The hotel is in great location. The subway is just outside the gate. It’s three to four stops to the Eiffel Tower and other major attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with a variety of food. And there was free sparkling water at the reception. Enjoyed the stay.

Emmanuella was the worse person we met, she wasted our time didn’t want to check us created a bad scene, we were a family from Ghana, Uk and USA.. Emmanuella must be queried honestly

Spacious room and good size of bed for the kids and the bonus of extra toilet , with didnt book breakfast. kettles and etc, and iron with iron board. Also good location train station and restaurant and mini shop just cross the roads. Very clean and quiet hotel. Staff is very helpful.

It was clean, close to the metro, and overall, it was a very pleasant stay. We could check in earlier, and the staff was incredibly kind. Good coffee and Rituals toiletries.

I couldn't figure out how to use the intercom phone, so I had to go downstairs whenever I needed to speak with the receptionist.

It has two metro stations really close to the hotel , M6 and M14. It also has the main train station Gare de Lyon to a walking distance. Near there is a small grocery store and the Bus station. There is a laundry to 5 minutes metro distance, however it is not in really good condition and only accepts coins. Hotel has a good service and you can buy breakfast and dinner for 22 euros each. It’s located about 30 minutes in metro from main attractions.

Light drain smell The balcony is not comfortable to use: the floor is made of rather thin plastic panels with gaps between them. It's safe, but might be unsettling for anyone with a fear of heights.

The evening buffet wasn’t the greatest selection but there were lots of places nearby or a la carte options.

Great sized family room, family buffet breakfast for a good start to the day. Opposite the metro with an escalator if you have luggage & short ride to where you need to be in Paris. Supermarket across the road & some places to eat/ drink nearby. One metro stop from Gare du Lyon
