Love it

When we visit Paris we stay at hotel Regina. It is centrally located but the rooms are private without noise. It has an old world feel with modern conveniences. The staff are helpful & attentive to the clients

Main elevators were not working so only 1 available to all guests so up and down a bit slow and a slight inconvenience.

Location excellent just across from Louvre. Easy access to Rive Droite and Rive Gauche. Charming art nouveau decor from turn of the last century . Spacious and well appointed rooms and linens. Helpful friendly staff.

Pictures on website indicated the view over park/city but room window was to backyard. Maybe next time I request high floor room with a view

Absolutely perfect location in the middle of Paris. Right next to Louvre, museum D'Orsay and other central sightseeings. Walking distance to many places. Lounge bar is nice. Better than expected breakfast, not the typical french croissant & coffee but good buffet with options of a la carte portions.

The amenities were fantastic. Located practically in the Louvre Museum, minutes away from major attractions. The view from our room is the actual marketing image of the hotel. Many restaurants and high-end shopping are a short walk in multiple directions.

Staff was lovely. We did upgrade our room, as the original room was small. The upgraded room was amazing. We had a fabulous view of the Eiffel Tower.

We ordered continental breakfast in our room which didn’t arrive; so we phoned down and got a few things sent up which didn’t include a knife, croissants or jam. My wife mentioned it to a member of staff who was very apologetic; but there was still a charge on our bill for breakfast.

We particularly liked the bar.

Breakfast area, they informed us that the usual breakfast area is under construction. Also the choices we had at the buffet could be better for a 5* hotel

The area is amazing, very close to significant sites. Very nice hotel with excellent staff. They helped us a lot with everything we asked for.

Beautiful room - decorated in a classic Parisian style which really added to our whole holiday experience. The breakfast pastries were delicious. The staff were polite, attentive and incredibly helpful.

The shower was fairly tight and very limited bathroom counter space. The bed mattress was also very firm.

We loved the historic building, the location, the service and staff. Our suite was incredible, a good size for three of us with two separate rooms and bathrooms.

There wasn't anything that I would say w did not like. Overall, the Hotel Regina was great.

Fantastic location and absolutely great customer service. Our room was beautiful with a great view of the Eiffel Tower and the parks of Paris. We were about 1 K from the Champs-Élysées which is great for the Arc de Triomphe and some retail therapy.

Early checkin would be appreciated for travelers coming from the US. Flights get in early in the morning and a bed would be much appreciated after a long journey, but they did have a wellness facility available to get freshened up in.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional location, view and buffet. Service was outstanding! Room was spacious and with plenty of storage cabinets. Walking distance from many sites, close to metro stop and the Louvre.

Nothing obvious.

The room was magnificent in terms of size, comfort, quietness. Breakfast selection was good. Excellent concierge services from Audrey and Marjorie. Doormen were very helpful in obtaining taxis, providing directions.
